"Never ever buy from this site, doesn't look like they sell genuine stuff. Ordered CK briefs 4 for 22$, one was not as per order.. and on top of that.. none of them looked genuine piece all were duplicate..

Have also order 12 rechargeable batteries, all of them came as loose ones, with dates of 2010 make.. i wonder how long will they last."

"Ordered and paid via Paypal for watch on 4/4. Not received by April 23 & contacted Shnoop on 4/23. They responded on 4/27,"It is unclear
why you never received the package. At this time, we have instructed our order fulfillment department to have the order shipped out to your updated address right away. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details as soon as the order ships out.

Nothing heard by 5/7. Put in dispute with Paypal"

"I ordered a deal on 4 packs CK brand underwear in Small size and in Black. Somehow I received 3 packs in small size and black but 1 pack in grey and medium size. I emailed them to return or exchange the wrong pack they sent me. Been 3 days, they keep asking for is the item still in original packaging and do i really want to return the item. Somehow I just received another email indicated that they actually not receive any return on their return policy and want to charge me 15% restocking fee. What the fxxking company which sent a wrong item to customer and want to charge customer for 15% restocking fee? I will not buy anything from this company no more and if you see this review, please don't hesitate to close this company webpage. "

"I have gotten some fine products from Shnoop. On 2/22 I returned a jacket that I ordered 2/1 and received 2/15. Returned 2/22 because even though ordered XL, still too small for even my small friends. Returned according to their instructions. Numerous emails and still no credit. Last item i bought was belts which they mis-sized. Just gave them to charity. I may buy from them, but not any high value items, because they seem to have no people handling returns. Have bought mystery bags a couple times and they were just crap."

"Ordered from Shnoop before using Pay Pal without issues so far (Knock on wood!) I've always received the items requested well packaged and in working condition. I ordered a "random" bag once and was pleased with the general knicknacks for the value and had plenty to use for stocking stuffers. So far, so good with this company: good communication, rapid ship, solid packaging."

"I bought a Swiss Army Watch with Automatic Movement (ETA 7750) and was blown away by how good the deal was at 600 bucks vs. 900 on Amazon. Watch retails for 2000 and I was a bit nervous about this big of a purchase after reading reviews of Shnoop. They were a bit slow to ship, but it did arrive well packaged and as promised with signature confirmation. I think they are a small company trying to make their way into a competitive space, but are worth your business."

"Bought S J Dupont lighter at great price. Product shipped and delivered in 3 days. Ordered blue color and packing box noted blue but actual product was black. Still a great deal and great service. "

"I purchased Victorinox Swiss Army Men's Summit XLT Watch from Shnoop.com and did not have a good experience at all.
Seven days after order was placed and credit card had been charged, two emails requesting update (no phone number to call) with no reply, Shnoop.com still said that order pending. So I opened a dispute at Paypal. Right after this I received replies for the two emails and notice of shipping which take another week for item to arrive.
Item was advertised as men watch with 39mm case diameter but it's actually a women watch with case diameter of 33mm.
The watch costed me $69 so I am going to keep it for my wife instead of spending money try to send back or exchange it because I do not want to go through the hassle dealing with Shnoop again.
Wish that I checked reviews for Shnoop before placing the order. Be careful if you want to purchase something from Shnoop!"
