I had to call on 4\/30\/13 about other labels and was told that they weren't in stock, didn't know why, it might be another week. So, I then placed a second order for 1 roll of "Fragile" labels in another size and design, to tide me over, until my original order came in. Then my credit card wouldn't go through, had lots of available credit, but I know those things happen sometimes. Used a different credit card, was told it went through with no problem. Got a confirmation email and then the next day, got another email saying my order was on hold because of "a problem processing my payment." Then I got an email confirming my order had shipped. When I called customer service, I kind of felt like I was getting the brush-off. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it shipped already-attitude. Meanwhile, I get my credit card statement for the first card I used, and I was charged the day after I placed my order, not when it shipped. When I called customer service again to explain why my card "hadn't gone through" yet it went through the first time, again, I kind of got a "hey, I don't know why it happened, it just did, your card got charged, it went through, your order shipped, what's the big deal."
