My order was shipped out maybe an hour after I placed it, and arrived just three days later, no expedited shipping required. Everything was in good condition, and the products were excellent. Customer service is both prompt and helpful. I would definitely buy from this retailer again. (this is my second order from them)"

"I live in Singapore and am astounded at the excellence of the service at Shiningbeam, Bryan (whom i have dealt with) is incredibly helpful. In my first order, i did not realise that i had never filled in a shipping address as i just wanted to have an account to check shipping costs. I placed my order without checking and it was processed.

I panicked as i thought that my order would have been mailed to the bare shipping address (which was my apartment block number without the unit number) and emailed shiningbeam immediately with the correct shipping address then updated my account.

Not only was the error corrected, my order was still shipped within TWENTY FOUR hours!!! That was simply amazing!!

I have no qualms at all recommending shiningbeam to any person who is just getting into the flashlight hobby or to anyone who needs a decent, cost effective flashlight with great service.

Keep it up Shiningbeam!

"I had ordered the MG RX-1 on the 25th of April(Sunday) and on the 28th(Wednesday) I had recieved my flashlight...and I was surprised and happy. The flashlight was in a bubblewrap envelope and a small box with the flashlight in it. When I opened the evelope the white box the flashlight came in was open but everything was there and no dings or dents or broken parts. The MG RX-1 is bright...real bright. I bought product because of the review from other people. Great product, price and fast shipping is exactly what I was hoping for and that's what I got. I will be buying more products from Shining beam that's for sure. Thanks for making a inexpensive hig powered monster."

"I bought some high-intensity flashlights from Shining Beam for Christmas presents. It was late at night and my session with Paypal to confirm my SB order was a disaster: click-refused-click-retry-click-rejected. My credit card finally was shut off by Capital One and it got charged twice.

I was in a truly foul mood and threw myself at the mercy of Brian Chen from Shining Beam. He reversed the second charge on the spot and shipped my order, which arrived in 3 days (!?) The pocketable little flashlights are high-quality, very bright due to high-tech LEDs, take a standard AA battery, and under 20 bucks each. A great present to give to a dozen family members for Christmas since everyone can use them and these high-tech LEDs have just been invented.

In short, Bryan at Shining Beam took care of me and delivers great value and high integrity. I'll definitely buy from him again.

"Shiningbeam is a top notch outfit. His new brand of flashlights under the MG brand offer value, quality and leading edge technology. Communication is first rate from beginning to end and his customer service is second to none. His L-Mini is one of the brightest, smallest and toughest little lights out there. I've spent about a half a grand on his lights in the last year and only had one small problem. It was rectified within an hour after my email. It doesn't get any better than that.

"Great! They ship me international orders and sort out any kind of wishes or issues. In addition it is fast, responsive and reliable.

No hype about the products, they are good and tested with reliable information. Best part: NO tricks with shipping costs to rip-off money as with other, eBay, etc.

"I just received an iTP A1 EOS SS flashlight that I ordered from Shiningbeam and I'm extremely happy, both with the light and with the purchases experience. The order was shipped out very quickly with a fast confirm email from Bryan. The product was exactly as described on the website, well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with this purchase."

"Wonderfully fast shipping turnaround and excellent communication. I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number a few hours after placing my order. "Purchased a Romisen RC-C3II Premium Cree LED flashlight. Shipping was fast and reasonable. product cost was in line with ordering from Hong Kong or Singapore but didn't take 3 weeks to get here. Quality merchant."
