Shiningbeam has done a remarkable job not only designing and building their own products, but, offering some other brands at a savings over what other websites charge. The S-Mini and Pocket Rockets I purchased are among some the the best lights out there, in that they have incorporated some great design features along with the most recent emitters (e.g. XM-L cree) at a very reasonable price with super quick shipping. In fact, I cant remember dealing with another online light retailer that offers shipping for 2.75$! Most of the other shops I have dealt with have little or no follow up after the sale, if theres a warranty issue, your usually left waiting for a response. When there has been an issue, all of my concerns were dealt with the same day, with replacement parts or lights sent the same day with no questions asked. "I had read some very favorable reviews about Shining Beam, and decided to order an LED light (cool beam color) from them. After placing my order, I began to read more reviews about the available beam colors, and decided that since I already had a cool beam light, wanted to exchange my order for the same model in neutral color beam. Unfortunately, I was unable to catch Bryan Chen in time before he had shipped my order. However, Bryan (who is great about prompt e-mail replies) told me to go ahead and try out the cool light when it arrived, and if I still wanted the neutral light that I could just return the original one, which I ended up doing. The Shining Beam I-mini XP-G Neutral White light I received is of high quality, and Bryan (who was kind enough to throw in a free cr123 battery) has provided excellent customer service from start to finish. "
