I don\u0027t know how many orders, but it\u0027s probably eight or then. I love flashlights, but I\u0027m kind of particular about features, color and throw. Bryan has always responded to my email queries and led me in the right direction. I\u0027ve had to return a couple of defective lights, and he handled it with class. As for reliability, it\u0027s been great. After placing my order, I began to read more reviews about the available beam colors, and decided that since I already had a cool beam light, wanted to exchange my order for the same model in neutral color beam. Unfortunately, I was unable to catch Bryan Chen in time before he had shipped my order. However, Bryan (who is great about prompt e-mail replies) told me to go ahead and try out the cool light when it arrived, and if I still wanted the neutral light that I could just return the original one, which I ended up doing. The Shining Beam I-mini XP-G Neutral White light I received is of high quality, and Bryan (who was kind enough to throw in a free cr123 battery) has provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Shiningbeam has done a remarkable job not only designing and building their own products, but, offering some other brands at a savings over what other websites charge. The S-Mini and Pocket Rockets I purchased are among some the the best lights out there, in that they have incorporated some great design features along with the most recent emitters (e.g. XM-L cree) at a very reasonable price with super quick shipping. In fact, I cant remember dealing with another online light retailer that offers shipping for 2.75$! Most of the other shops I have dealt with have little or no follow up after the sale, if theres a warranty issue, your usually left waiting for a response. When there has been an issue, all of my concerns were dealt with the same day, with replacement parts or lights sent the same day with no questions asked. "Just made my first purchase from Shining Beam and my first of a Romisen flashlight, an RC-G2 II Cree XP-G R5. Shining Beam came highly recommended from a couple of different flashlight forums and they were absolutely right. Bryan answered a couple of emailed questions I had before ordering. Shipping was very fast and the light arrived well packaged and in good condition. Tried it out that night - very bright light from a quality built flashlight using a simple, straightforward user interface. I will definitely order from Shining Beam again!! "
