A Shentech rep contacted me to verify my shipping address before shipping. On the website, it said the card came with a 1 year guarantee, which was reassuring. The software CD, box, and instruction pamphlet were all in Chinese, but all the software and documentation were easy to find on Sierra's website. All in all I am completely pleased with this transaction, and would do business with Shentech again, because the prices are awesome!"

"I ordered a Microsoft Natural Pro keyboard (OEM) at a great price ($27) and it had free ground shipping. I ordered it on 7-3, it was shipped the same day, and arrived on 7-9, but there was a holiday plus the weekend. I am very satisfied with the purchase and service."
