"I never used this site before but thought I'd try it. I ordered a dress and after I received it, noticed it didn't look the same as the picture and the sizing was way off. When I advised them by email that I wanted to return it, I got a quick response with them suggesting I exchange for a different size. When I responded back that I wanted a refund, they stopped responding. I've sent numerous emails to them asking for their address so I can return it..they never responded. If you don't mind throwing money away, then order from them but my advise is DON'T EVER USE THEM. You'll get ripped off if you need to return."

"I am writing this order issue because reading these reviews got me very concerned and now know that I will never get a reply to my email. I placed an order on the 7th of June with an express shipping only to realise there is a processing time of 5-7 working days BEFORE shipping of 5-10 working days. I will be out of country soon so I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I clicked 'delete' on my order page hoping it would give me an option to change/cancel my order and now my order detail is gone. I still haven't received a refund or email and I honestly don't know what is happening with my order. I actually changed the address to my Japanese one, where I will be soon, on my account just in case but does that mean I am still getting my order shipped or cancelling the order? My order number is LCC252 and the tracking number you guys gave me is apparently invalid.

PLEASE let me know what is happening because I initially placed an order so I can take them on a summer trip with me to Japan. I have emailed several times already with no response yet. Thank you."

"I have ordered at sheinside for three times already. It is a pretty good online shop, and the quality is fair enough for the price it listed. I have washed the clothes several times, and it doesn't lose the quality. The ONLY downside of the store is the tracking number does not shows where your items are right now, but it only shows "shipped"or "Processing". However, the items always arrive on time. I will always come back and order from them again!"

"I'm not very pleased with their customer service. It is hell to try and return an item. Not only am I being helped by staff that barely speaks English, I'm also being helped by a different person every time while I'm trying to return my order. I'm already 7 emails further and I still haven't been able to get a return adress. Refunds are also not possible, you can only exchange an item for something with a similar price. Also, one tshirt I ordered was said to have a 100cm bust, but it ended up having a 74cm bust. 26cm difference. Needless to say, I'm not very pleased."

"Thanks! My dress arrived well within the given days recommended. It fits PERFECTLY. I did give them my exact size rather than choosing a standard size. The size is totally correct on your website. The color was exactly the one I ordered. I think this is excellent value for the money paid. I'm so happy with my dress."

"Let me start off by saying I'm in the US and that this was my second time ordering from Sheinisde, the first time I ordered was back in February, I did get an email with a bunch of postal services and what not, but if you just go on their website and login and go under orders it's much easier to track your item there. My item didn't get to me until maybe 15 business days? which I didn't mind considering it was coming from china, the quality of the blouse I ordered was really good and I was real impressed. My second experience was a bit different I ordered an item that said it would ship in 24 hours, but the website didn't tell me if it shipped or not, then it told me that my payment failed. I emailed the customer service and they told me they were having problems with their website and to ignore that email, we emailed back and forth a good amount and that same day I recieved my package and everything went smoothly. I enjoyed that they helped me out, just don't expect a reply in 5 minutes I got replies from them like the next day. I will continue to shop here."

"Item was exactly what I needed. Good quality, kind customer service and fast delivery!!!
Great shopping experience at Sheinside.com.
Was a little bit concerned as only read bad reviews after placing my order. I emailed the dress with my concerns and received a reply back within 2hrs ensuring me that I would receive the correct dress in the correct size in the stated time. I can honestly say they have been true to their word and I received the most beautiful dress for my sister. It fits perfect and I think the length is perfect for my sister. I was very satisfied to see the same item I bought on your website is cheaper than our local stores with the same quality. Very lucky to buy this good product online. I think I will be here again to see some other styles of dresses for myself. "

"I bought the White Lapel Sleeveless Totem Dress for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I got it for her because she is one of those cute artistic type girls (and I wanted to see her in it) and I found it hard to find the right thing for her in town. After visiting 4 different shops with no luck I gave up and and decided to take up my search on the internet. That is were I stumbled Sheinside.com
It was like a one stop shop for everything I wanted to see my girlfriend wear for me. It definately saved me loads of time driving from one store to the other only to be disappointed.
It should also be mentioned that the quality if great. I really hate buying cheaply made products as they just rip easily and you have to buy new ones. My baby is better than that and that is why I bought her dress at Sheinside.com
I will definately continue shopping here, that is for sure."

"Wanted to give a totally different & interesting gift to my sister for her birthday ...and that is when I hit upon these beautiful pair of " Green Feather Drop Earrings " . I have made online purchases in a lot of other sites before but these guys were real smooth and I completed my purchase instantly and without much hassle . The Earrings were sent perfectly packed to my Sister - and she just LOVED it :) The gift reached well in time and the product looked all the more beautiful in the daylight .
Am impressed and have bookmarked this site to do my future purchases as well !"

"2/3 of the dresses I ordered were perfect, the third was too sheer to wear without a slip but overall I will shop here again. My order was never email confirmed but when I asked customer service for help they sent me a confirmation and tracking number. My package arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Very polite and responsive."

"I was a little concerned about ordering a dress from China but some of my friends recommend this company to me. They have bought blouses and t-shirt on your online store and they were so satisfied to recommend it to me. I bought an orange dress on your website. Communication was very good throughout with plenty of emails back and forward. When I received it, I can't wait putting it on. I am so happy and i will be posting pictures soon as i take them!!!! The quality of the dress was excellent and it was super comfortable. I received so many complements on it. Thanks for the beautiful and inexpensive dress."

"This store sells extremely pretty and most fashionable clothes made of good fabric. What's important to me is that their sizes are RELIABLE, i.e. when you order an M size, you get an M, not an XL that claims to be an M (which happened to me before when buying clothes online). Ordering is simple (with PayPal), shipping is alright AND FREE. This is why I love this store the most - they don't charge you a million dollars for shipping, which is important when you order things from Eastern Asia to Central Europe, like I do - normally I'd pay more for shipping than for the clothes. In case of any problems or doubts, you can get in touch with the staff very easily, they do their best to help. Also, you can get discounts, mostly just for being a member. It's extremely nice."
