I was home all day and no one called or proceeded with the delivery. Finally, at 4;15, I had given up and left to go to the bank and grocery. <br>While I was in the store, someone called and said they were at my home to deliver the shed. And, didn't you know the delivery time had been extended? NO, no one called or left a messagel I hurried home and the delivery truck pulled up and unloaded the merchandise in the driveway. We will put the shed together as soon as we get a cooler weekend. If you wish, contact me for my comments. I was shocked to find out the dimensions of the shed were " approximate.\u201d I actually had to put the metal floor framing together to get the exact dimensions before I could build my wooden floor. Second problem was the weight of the box\u2019s it was delivered in. where I had the shed unloaded was about 60 yards from where the shed was going to be built. The one box was so heavy my wife and I could not even budge it. Thank God for snow! We had to lasso it with a rope and both of us together had to drag it across the snow, and trust me it was all we could do to get it there. Other than those two problems I really love my new shed. Oh I might also say, putting the roof beams together will take longer than everything else. They notified me immediately to say the tool rack I ordered was not the correct one for my shed unit, and they refunded my money. The shed arrived in about a week, but they kept me fully apprised of the shipment and anticipated delivery time all week. "So far I'm very happy with the service we've received. We have not put the shed together yet. Keep this in mind when ordering a shed kit, ours was delivered by a tractor trailer (we live on a twisty turning country road) and luckily my bf was home when it showed up. The driver only had a jack-lift and couldn't get in our driveway. We had to strap the jack-lift to the back of our jeep and pull the sections of the shed kit up the driveway. Please make sure you understand what is involved with the delivery before ordering!!!!!"
