"1st order w/Sharka placed 12/13/2002. I made mistake and specified 2-day shipping. I noticed this on Order Confirmation email. I emailed them to change to "normal" UPS. They promptly did so without hassle. Order shipped same day order placed. Package arrived on time. Their email Order acknowledgement/confirmation/shipping/tracking procedure is EXCELLENT! BUT....packaging of items absolutely terrible. They just threw items in a box with a (inadequate) scrap of bubble-wrap (no peanuts). Items arrived out of their factory shrink wrap. That all said, they have some hard-to-find items at competitive cost, shipping charges appear to be actual cost, and they shipped very fast. The fact that they responded to my email "fast enough" is enough to make me give them another try....now, if they can fix their packaging procedures....."
