The only problem I have with them is that they are a little slow on RMA processing and order tracking is a little anemic. "I ordered a replacement Zalman fan 3 weeks ago. Ive sent 2 emails asking where my order is, no response. The order status page hasnt changed. Its not even the money (its a $14 fan) but its for my DVR which has been dead for weeks now. They are a yahoo vendor so ive filled out a dispute with yahoo.
