I decided to order a high-end HP flat panel monitor for my computer and after researching Canadian prices on the internet, quickly found that Shark Systems in Ontario had the best FOB price (i.e. price including shipping). I had never heard of Shark Systems before so did some checking but found only positive feedback and enough of it to satisfy my concerns and ordered the monitor.  
 
I paid by PayPal and when I got home the next day(!) found a UPS delivery sticker on the door. I had to phone call UPS twice to hold delivery (another story) and it took me 3 days to get to the UPS depot because of their limited pickup hours.  
 
I buy and sell a lot of stuff over the internet and overall my buying experience with Shark Systems was "good". My two quibbles are that I wish Canada Post was offered as a shipping option because I don't find UPS convenient and never use them unless I can't help it. I also wish I could have purchased from a depot outside of Ontario so I wouldn't have to pay PST.  
 
Otherwise, it was a postive buying experience and I have no concerns about recommending Shark Systems.

It was time to buy a new computer, and I looked at a few possible retailers. I wasn't happy with any of them.  
 
Jake at Shark Systems was and still is an excellent helpful guy. We talked about what components the computer needed for a gaming rig. Awesome, the computer's taking shape!  
 
Then something was bugging me. AAAGHH!! I forgot a soundcard! ohnoes! Near the last day of completion, we had an awesome s/c figured out.  
 
Shark Systems is very flexible and friendly. They actually seem to care for their customers and follow-up how your new rig is performing.

I have purchased the HP Mediasmart Server EX475 through the internet on October 8th. The server has been delivered by mailservice at my home in the Netherlands on October 18th. I am now waiting for the invoice on importtaxes.  
Parcel arrived in a good condition. However the box had been opened (customs ?) and closed with a lot of tape. An additional box might have been a good idea.  
Final conlusion: Excellent experience with Shark Systems. I can suggest others from the Netherlands to buy the HP EX475 here. Stupid idea of HP not to support this Server in the Netherlands.  
oct 31: I have received the bill from my credit card company. They just additionally invoiced the shipping cost again. I have requested the creditcard company to cahrge this back. NOT a good performance of Shark Systems

I received the laptop on the time specified by the Shard Systems Staff. They responed to my phone call and eamils. Everything is just fine. Thanks to the excellent services provided by Shard Systems.

Bought an Asus EEE PC from Shark System, and chose International Express to Norway, was very happy with the packaging, processing and delivery time. There was also a little gift enclosed! very happy wwith the service from Shark System, highly recomended!

I contacted Shark Systems in early December to have a custom built PC created as a Christmas present to myself. After working with their representative to create the best possible PC within my budget I placed the order through their website. Shark Systems kept me updated through the entire process, letting me know when all the parts had been ordered, received and assembled. After a few marginal delays due to UPS not delivering the heatsink on time, Shark Systems took it upon themselves to upgrade my shipping to Priority 1 day shipping to ensure that I would receive my computer on time to have in under the Christmas tree.  
 
Out of the box the computer has worked without a hitch. Booting up at high speed, I have now been able to play the newest games with maxed out settings. After a week now I have not had a single issue with the computer and everything is running perfectly. Shark Systems has followed up and ensured that everything was good as well.  
 
Overall I have had a very positive experience with Shark Systems and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new computer, either custom or pre-built.

I bought a monitor, cpu, motherboard, power supply, video card and so much more. Moose Computers has given me all things I need to keep my cpu up to date in the gaming world and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Bought Upgrade parts for 3 of my existing systems that I had also bought from Moose Computers a various times over the past 2 years. I currently own 5 Moose Computers. The reasons I keep going back:

- Brand Name Parts at the Best Prices  
- Full Warrenty and Fast Replacement, when the harddrive in my server failed, They had it replaced in less than 36 hours.
