"F*ck SharkRobot. I ordered 2 shirts. One for me and my boyfriend. Simple enough right? Calculating the shipping process, I planned on surprising him with it but instead received the 1 in the mail. "Refunded"? Wtf why? WHY? I rush over to my computer and send an annoyed e-mail about this. No reply for a week. Copy-pasta. Send. Finally! An email reply. They were "sold out", a lie, I'm sure because they still have it posted on the site, whatever i don't care. I re-order it again in a different size, I receive the package today and Jesus tap-dancing Christ--it's not even the right shirt/size. Why is reading and packing sh*t so f*cking hard for these sh*tbirds to understand? I'm never ordering from them again. Such frustrating disappointment. Q~ Q"
"Looks like I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I placed an order for 3 t-shirts on the 18th of November; all three were xmas presents.They were apparently shipped on the 19th and was given a tracking number - which never worked. I had heard nothing for two weeks so I got in contact with them asking for an update to which I got no reply. Few days later I emailed again and finally got a response saying they would send them out again free of charge with a different delivery service but would now not arrive in time for xmas. Slightly irritated but at least I would get my items. The items arrived today and one of them is the wrong size. So now I have a late and wrong xmas gift. I emailed them, again, to express my frustration with their service and asked for a correct size.I got an email later today saying they were now out of stock on that item and issued me a refund.Although two of the items I received were good quality and did EVENTUALLY arrive, I would not recommend Shark Robot to a friend as the whole thing has just been a shambles from start to finish."
"I ordered 3 shirts for my son for Christmas on the day after Thanksgiving. They didn't arrive in the time I had expected, so on Saturday before Christmas, I emailed the company to see when to expect shipment. Vincent said the shipment must be lost, so he express shipped another set of shirts to me on Monday 12/22 - at his cost. They arrived on Christmas Eve, just in time to put under the tree. It is not often you find great customer service like that these days!"
"Ordered T-shirt on 8th December. Just taken delivery of it today 12th December in Edinburgh- absolutely fantastic service - glad I wasn't put off with the other customers experiences. T-shirt also is of really good quality - worth the money."
"Awful. Just.....Awful.The time it takes to get the shirts is horrendous. Took me 5 weeks to get items that where "in stock". When they arrived...the shirt print was not only a completely different color then what was displayed....but the sizing of the print was pretty small when compared to the visual display. There are simply much better services to get shirts, these guys cant compete nor should even try if this is the apparent par for course for there business."
"I've bought shirts from this website in the past and they just aren't reliable, my first time buying I bought around 7 shirts which took a while like other people have said, which it only took a few weeks for all the shirts which was nice, but now recently buying from them have been a pain. The problem is that they don't update their website if they run out of stock for a shirt and they don't tell you until after they take your money and refund it, I've tried to buy 2 shirts from them on their "Clearance" which both of the shirts I bought didn't label the fact they were out of stock until after they had taken my money, they did refund me for both but it was a major waste of time considering if they just had updated their website properly in the first place I wouldn't have had to wait for my money to be refunded, and another thing is that my most recent order I bought 2 shirts (one of which went out of stock after I had bought it, because they forgot to update it again) and the shipping was about $1.50 more because of there being 2 shirts instead of 1, which I want to know if because they can't ship are they gonna lower to the 1 shirt shipping price. They haven't responded to my emails about it yet."
"I ordered a shirt from them and and 2 days later I got an email saying it had shipped. 6 days later I got an email saying it had been marked shipped by mistake. It is now 10 days later and they have yet to ship it. Do NOT buy from shark robot!"
"Very pleased with the service and product overall, ordered several shirts and one of em was out of stock so i got a quick refund and a mail about it, the shirts have a nice ring to it and good fabric, always get reactions to it and some extra humor on the shirts doesnt make it bad :PGot the shirts faster than i expected.I will continue buying from these guys, with no doubt :)(Made a new order as we speak)"
"I ordered 5 shirts from Shark Robot on the 28th of August and they arrived this morning (13th September). The processing didn't take very long, about a week, and to be honest they arrived fairly quick considering that I live in the UK. The only down side was that 2 of the 5 shirt that I had ordered were sold out, but Shark Robot were quick to give me a refund on the shirts that were missing. All in all I would recommend using them as the shirts are great and I would definitely use them again!"
"I ordered a shirt bundle pack on Aug 16th. Three weeks later, they still have not shipped or given me ANY update at all on my order. I've contacted them twice, no reply. As so many others have experienced, these guys are highly unreliable. I shop online all the time and I've never encountered this. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not bother ordering from SharkRobot if you want your items sometime this MILLENNIUM!"
"Shirts are great quality. I bought some shirts from them at Anime Boston a few months back and then Pre-Ordered shirts online about a month+ ago. They arrived about a week ago, so it took a month, but that was during the Pre-Order period so I wasn't expecting it to rush to me anytime soon. Print Quality is great, decent price (17.95 - 19.95 per shirt), and they have Free shipping over orders of $60. I'd order from them again, took a decent about of time to get to me, although that's expected with a pre-order item. But they aren't Amazon or a huge corporation, so I'm not expecting them to get stuff to me instantly. Plus their prices are fair."
"Checked the reviews on this site and was very sceptical but decided to order anyway. Ordered a bunch of hoodies from this company totalling around $100 (free shipping if over $60 by the way). Overall satisfactory/good quality and service. However, like what most others have said, shipping does take a while. I suggest ordering 3 months ahead as my order took around 3-3.5 months long to arrive. Most of the negative reviews seem to be complaining about the shipping times anyway. Bottom line is your product will arrive but will take a while.If you have the patience to wait that long for your orders, go for it. I do not recommend paying extra for priority shipping as it will still take around a month, but it is slightly faster.In terms of overall print quality it was okay; make sure you choose the products with the biggest, brightest, and bolder colours though (Ex: Stegosaurus/Peek-a-boo/I like trains) since the Charmander hoodie's print I got for instance was very difficult to see. However mine may have been a defect and I got a replacement for free; no need to exchange, just another free hoodie!)Customer service is pretty good, though they only have e-mail unfortunately and it takes usually 1-3 days for them to get back to you. The person was very friendly and will gladly assist your inquiries. I was also not charged customs for my order.Overall I give them 4.5/5 stars for my experience. This company is improving and most of these reviews seem to just be negative regarding the shipping time. If you are in no rush to get their products give it a shot. I hope my review helped!"
"Ordered a pre-order shirt that was supposed to be shipped when the pre-order period ends which is May 10th. So I put my money in, April 26th, thinking this would be awesome to wear. May 25th they email me to let me know it's shipped. I sent an email tuesday asking where it was. It's Thursday, June 20th. No t-shirt. Last response I received from my inquiry/complaint today was to stop sending emails as it refreshes the support ticket system. Keep in mind I have only emailed twice during this whole process. I buy things from Asia all the time. I'm fine with the wait. But this is from America. It shouldn't take 5+ weeks to receive a t-shirt. I just want to know where the item I purchased is. I have been far more then reasonable at this point. I ended up filing a paypal claim which can't be redeemable since I have now waited too long. I wanted to wear it on my vacation. I am so angry with this seller. If my favorite artists would sell their merchandise elsewhere this would be a much easier process. "
"I placed an order on APRIL 10, 2013 for 3 shirts...1 x Where's My Money (PRE-ORDER TILL 5-10) 1 x The Other Wordy Hero *CLEARANCE* 1 x Smash ALL The Pots (PRE-ORDER TILL 3-16)obviously 2 of the shirts should already be "available" and not the first shirt. I expected the 2 shirts to ship out first then the other one to ship out after but no that wasnt the case. I sent an email MAY 17 more than a month after I placed my ordering asking what the hold up was and I wanted a status update on my order and tracking information. I received a response MAY 21 saying my order would be shipped out that would and a thank you for my patience. It is JUNE 3 and have yet to receive anything. Sent another email and waiting for a response. One shirt was intended for a fathers day present. You would think ordering more than 2 months in advance that it would arrive well before Fathers day but it hasn't. So for anyone reading this don't waste your time. especially if its for a present. I will update this if the shirt does arrive before JUNE 16 which I highly doubt. Now I have to start looking for another Fathers day present because its less than 2 weeks away."
"I am going through the exact same situation as the review below me right now (from MagicalNerdRiot).Here's the story. I placed an order on April 6th. One of the shirts had a pre-sale date of April 15, which meant that the order wouldn't ship until after then. Okay, no problem. Well, here it is, May 13th, and I have nothing. I contacted them 3-4 times; half the time I didn't even get a response. I opened a PayPal dispute, and finally heard back from apparently the only person on the planet who answers their emails, Sarah, that "It should have arrived by now, is this your address?" (just as another reviewer posted!) I promptly (within 5 minutes) wrote her back and confirmed my address and also asked if she had a tracking number for me. No response. That was May 8.. it is now May 13. I finally just escalated my claim in PayPal and am hoping they (PayPal - I have no faith that Shark Robot will even respond to the claim) just give me my money back. I don't even want the shirts anymore at this point - it has been a ridiculous hassle. Thank god I paid through PayPal and can get my money back through them.Bottom line: this website is awful and I can't say I have ever dealt with worse customer service. Avoid like the plague."
