I did not notice anything on the product page mentioning that they don\u2019t take returns but the customer service lady said that ITS THEIR BLANKET POLICY to not take any returns. <br>They have a NO RETURNS policy unless specified otherwise on the product page, this is contrary to all the online stores I deal with where they take returns by default and for the ones they don\u2019t, they specifically mention \u0022NO RETURNS\u0022 on the product page. Sharkstores practice to me is very deceptice\/scammy\/tacky, hiding stuff in the fine print and taking no returns by default is not a customer friendly practice. It\u2019s been over a month and now I am left with a bad product and out of my money. Their claims of pride in customer satisfaction and claim to \u0022cradle its customers\u0022 are soooo not true. I learned it the hard way, so BUYER BEWARE!! I am highly disappointed and will never buy from them again, I am still thinking of how to deal with the pendant as it\u2019s definitely not giftable.<br><br>I bought from them before but did\u0027nt have to return anything, this is the first time I had to return and now I realize what a horrible company diamondshark\/sharkstores is.
