"This people advertise an instruction manual for a sewing machine that shows a picture different to the cover of the manual that comes with the sewing machine,which is not that good,that's the reason we ordered one. When we got the manual it turned out to be the same that comes with the machine. We cálled this company to point this out and to specified that we aldready had the same one and to obtain an authorization to return it;they refused and said that it was not returnable because it was a special order(nowhere in the website says so!) they were rude and hanged up on us.Thank God our credit card, after giving all the written information, approved our refund;this people never did.Who wants to do business with them? "
