I wanted to make sure I got the same drives that the rest of the RAID had. Serversupply send me 3 different drives that happen to use be the same size and brand. The drives worked fine.<br><br>I log onto their site to order more drives and I see that the ones they sent me are $136 while the ones I ordered and got charged for are $285. <br><br>I am outside of their \u002730 day warranty\u0027 and they will not refund me the difference. What terrible customer service. They charge you for one product and send you another one that is half the price.<br><br>To know they charged me double the price of the product they sent me and still not refund it because it\u0027s been 30 days just amazes me. I was looking for a hard drive that would fit my older ACER Aspire 9410Z laptop because the old one became corrupted. Since it\u0027s an older laptop I was having an interesting time trying to find the same or similarly dimensioned hard drive. They had exactly the part I needed and at a very reasonable price.<br><br>Oh, and the best part was that my hard drive was listed at $55 but when I added it to my cart, it listed itself as $45! I hadn\u0027t input any kind of coupon code or anything similar, so that was certainly a pleasant surprise. After re-formatting the drive and loading my operating system, I ran the drive for about a week when it started throwing continuous errors, BSOD and so on. After running several disk checks, I realized that this was a failing HDD with many bad sectors and clusters. When emailed they did not reply. When I called their Long Island City NY telephone number, they told me that I had made the mistake by sending it back! Called and complained, they blamed it on their distributor and offered an RMA. I needed the drives installed ASAP so I obtained the trays elsewhere and installed the drives.
