"I ordered a motherboard that was described as "NEW in the box, NOT A REFURB". It arrived in a bubble wrap mail pouch with a driver CD. I emailed them back and said, "This isn't new and all the accessories are missing." They said it was new but the accesories were not included. Huh? I guess they didn't read thier own decsription. So I agreed to receive a discount as long as they sent the I/O panel. They agreed but it arrived bent and banged up. I got fed up and asked for a refund so they supplied instruction on how "I" could ship it back (and pay for the shipping). I think their MO is to push people until they give up or don't feel like dealing with it. Buyer beware!"
"11/3/2012 8:59 PM CST - I buy 8 switches online and pay to have them overnighted. Since is Saturday, I expect delivery on 11/6/2012.
11/6/2012 12:44 PM CST - I call serverpartswarehouse.com and ask them if they can give me a status on my order. They say that the order was canceled because the didn't have the stock. They said that an email was sent to me informing me of this. I searched through my emails and found no such notification. I even checked my spam filter. They then sent me an email to inform me of this while I was on the phone with them. I asked them to forward me the original email that they claimed to have sent me and the guy on the phone said he would be glad to get that for me. I said, no - I want it forwarded now because I didn't believe it ever existed. He said he couldn't do that. I then told him I guessed that I would not be doing business with him again and his reply was "okay".
"I purchased a used pex2pci4 for $149. Two days after the sale, I received an email that the item was out of stock. I went back to the site and not only was my item not out of stock, but was now listed for $549! When I called and asked them why the discrepancy in the items availability and price, The owner Mike said in no certain terms was he going sell me the item for the incorrectly listed price and to go #$@! myself and hung up."
