" I purchased a NEW Sandalwood NK63 Electronic Solar-Powered UV Bug Zapper Insect Mosquito Killer through Amazon from the company Seller1on1and received the unit on Wednesday 4/20/16.When it arrived the Sandalwood NK63 Electronic Solar-Powered UV Bug Zapper Insect Mosquito Killer box appeared to have been previously opened. On removing it from the bag in the box I saw a couple dead bugs in the bag and when I removed it I could also see more dead bugs in the bottom of the unit. Obviously USED!!! I'm guessing the previous owner didn't like it and sent it back to you and that is exactly what I did too. A refund was issued by Amazon. How can your company get away with this??? No quality control. I bought a NEW unit, not a USED unit with its own bug supply!!!! Amazon refused to post this review which I also don't understand."

"I purchased a tablet at a discounted price from Seller1on1, when the tablet crashed after less then a week of use I contacted the seller to see what could be done. I was unable to restart the tablet and asked for them to replace the item or refund me my money. The seller sent me return label to their facility in Brooklyn, NY. As instructed I sent the tablet back to that address. I e-mailed the company and asked them for a case number so I could track the progress on the return. The only e-mail I received was a generic letter about me giving them time to process the return, that they receive thousands of packages a day and that when it was sorted that I would receive an e-mail from returns. I returned the package on the 26th of July and it "arrived" at their facility on the 27th, however the address was undeliverable to. I e-mailed the company after seeing this through the tracking number, it was a label e-mailed to me by the company, that I had trouble printing as it was, I even sent them screen shots of the tracking page. The company did not respond to the e-mail, when I requested my money back because I stated I was feeling scammed out of my money now, the company told me I needed to contact Amazon to get my money back. I was able to contact Amazon for a replacement tablet, but if I don't get the original one back in the mail I will be forced to pay the full price on that tablet in addition to the money I already spent on the first one. "
"The worst company to order from. First i pay for a new item these people send me a use one. Then after i return the item they say they never got. I get the tracking number of the package before throwing it away to make sure that they had received it. after two weeks waiting for my money. I emailed the company. They replied that they didnt received it. I told the person that i had already discarded the tracking number they reply was well that it we keep your money and the product. Dont ever order form this company. You cant talk to anyone just email."
"Terrible company. I ordered something from amazon and was double charged. I called to ensure it was cancelled. They sent the item any way and told me to return it. I sent it back over a month ago and they will not refund me. They are telling me they never received it. I asked for a phone number to tall to them and they provided me with a fake phone number."
"Horrible Company... After a purchase from them, they would NOT stop sending me email begging for positive feedback.. Even though the item I received was advertised as new in box, the box was damaged and had clearly been opened, and the product itself appeared used.Don't get me wrong, I understand companies asking for positive feedback, but this became almost obsessive on their part, and I received more than one email a day for a while, even after asking them to stop. It took a call to Amazon who finally was able to get it to stop.The harassment combined with the product condition not being as advertised make this a company I would not do business with again."
"Rip off Company!!! I ordered two small wall chargers at $9.99 ea. The product is OK but the shipping costs are obscene. They walked to the same inventory bin, grabbed two of the same items (which can be done with one hand), put them in the same envelope then charged $43.98 in shipping for 2 day. That's 21.99 each. Seems excessive."
"Very bad seller! I'm stuck with a paperweight because the power dock did not come with the power cord. I contacted the seller and asked them to send the cord. They refused!! They told me since Amazon shipped it that they would not send the power cord. The description and the pictures are a LIE! It did not ship in the Motorola box or with the power supply.I'm now dealing with Amazon because these turds refuse to do the right thing and send the power cord."

"Update:just spoke with someone feom there. They told me my package will go out today and should have it tomorrow. If in fact i get it and it's what i ordered, i will update this reciew Ripoff/Dream CrusherI placed an order and it was not shipped when promised. This was my daughter's Christmas wish. When I emailed them asking when it would be shippin I was told it was out of stock but now have it and would be shipping soon. Days later when I emailed asking when it would be shipped and again was told it was out of stock and when they receive it they will ship it. Cannot get an honest answer from these people.
