"I was promised $202 for the phone which was a never used...it was a reconditioned phone from Verizon to replace my first Samsung which was under the purchased warranty. When they received it, they offered $143...mind you Verizon had offered me $162! They said there were pock marks, and it showed signs of being refurbished! The sticker from Verizon was on the phone. I declined their offer, and they immediately offer me $153. I was so done with the Samsung at this point that I accepted it. Should have just sent it to Verizon!"
