"My order with Saucehog.com was a complete disaster. I placed an order and a week later I was looking for the shipping conformation (they claim orders ship within 24 hours) 4 days later (a Friday). I received a reply the following Monday telling me that it would be looked into. On Tuesday I still had not received a reply so I e-mailed them again, 2 hours later I was told that the order would ship that day (8 days later). Two days later an order shows up with not one item I ordered in it. It looks as though they just threw assorted stuff in a box to get me off of their back. It didn't even contain the correct number of bottles of sauce. They claim that they are crediting my card and I get to keep the garbage that they sent me. "
