The product is indeed a 7 day delivery and there is no reason why it shouldnt be delivered within 7 days.

However for the last 6 days we are waiting for a confirmation on one of the measurements which have been submitted by you. Please check a mail has been sent to you by : measurement@sareez.com. However since you have confirmed your package has been shipped vide tracking no : 419367075. Please track the same at www.tnt.com, select country as india.

"I ordered Salwar Kameez online and it appeared to be exactly the same as said in picture and description. I am so happy with Sareez.com and also satisfied with the stitching they did. It's perfect!! I can trust them. Also, the delivery was quick and got it through DHL on time. I am willing to buy more from this website and will definitely recommend my friends and family.

"I ordered 2 sarees and a dress.The
sarees were shipped urgently and I got
them .I was very much impressed with
the blouse stitching.The colors were
exactly same as displayed on website.Had
a little issue with dress,but really
impressed with customer service,the way
they handled it and I got the dress also
perfect a little later.Overall great
experience & I will not hesitate to

"I ordered my first item from this website. It was definitely marked for 7 days delivery, so I ordered it.
Now after 7 days I am getting different answers from their online customer service and mails from support.

They are saying it was 25 days item.
The mail I got says, there was only one item in the stock which was shipped to the customer ordered before me!!

I am disappointed as they screwed my first order.
I really needed to order more, based on my first order.

Hoping that at least they will keep their promise to deliver it in 25 days..instead of 7 days.. :("

there is no question of screwing your order, and had this been the intent the order wouldn't have been processed at first stage. the exact status of the order as of now is that it willn't be available. we would request you to please select a n alternate product so that we can ship it to you asap. further the product you had selected was never in 7 days. had it been 7 days you would have got the same within 7 days. request you to select a replacement from 7 days for faster delivery.

"I ordered a dress which arrived last week from Sareez.com.

I loved the dress and the stitching was done very neatly and the order arrived in a timely fashion.The fabric of the dress and the look was as i had expected ....very true to the picture on their website. i would definitely like to buy more dresses for myself and my family from that website. I am delighted to find an online store which has such a wide variety of Indian dress collection."

"ABSOLUTELY horrible,horrible ,horrible.... Every single time I get a hold of someone from sareez.com all I get is LIES about my order saying "oh it will get shipped out next week" Lies and more LIES they keep telling me, i would not mind the waiting if they were upfront about it and stop LYING to me. I have saved chat transcripts to prove the lies this company keeps telling me. I asked for a refund a 3/4 weeks ago and again they LIED and said " oh it will be shipped out next week" so I waited like a fool and now here I am ranting and have requested for a full refund once again "

"I have not even received the product yet but I am so very disappointed with sareez.com customer service.
Their available time by phone is not true. The mobile phone is turned off & the others keep ringing without an answer. The online chats are a waste of time - worst customer service I have ever come across. Have they been trained to give cryptic non-answers? Do they think customers are fools?
I ordered a sari on 3/27/13, entered measurements on 3/28/13. When I checked in April I was told I will receive the sari by or before April 15th.
On 4/16 I chatted with them and following is the response I received "well mam ur product is in under process so no need to worry at all "; "u will receive it in right time"; Finally when I asked to speak to a Supervisor there was no answer from online support although I waited for 10 minutes!Then I e-mailed them (ticket HJN-758-11149) & this was the response on 4/16 -"Thank you for mailing us. Your product is on process and its 25 days delivery product. So it will take 25 business days to ship to you after placing the order."
On 5/10 when I inquired saying it has been 32 business days already, I was given the following response on 5/11 "Thank you for mailing us. Sorry for delay. Actually your product facing some manufacturing issues. So it will late. If you want replacement we will ready for this same."
It is 5/16 today and I am still waiting. I am not sure whether they will deliver the product or not because nothing has been stated clearly.
When I initially came across this site I was thrilled and I told all my friends about it. I am quite disgusted now and will also tell all my friends about it. If someone in sareez.com management sees this, please let me know CLEARLY in PLAIN English (not cryptic double-talk) what is going on please. Thank you very much."
