Unfortunately, they failed to tell me the power adapter they sent me is not the same one that fits into my power cord. So it seems, I had to provide an additional fee to purchase a wall converter that drastically reduced the length of my power cord. When I expressed my discontent with the new adapter, they said I would have to pay an additional fee to return it to them. Because this was all due to their failure to explain how they don't actually sell the same parts that came with my laptop, I was very displeased with this service. They are unhelpful and do not care about customer service. This is my first and last time purchasing anything from Samsung.
