"Wish i had read your reviews prior to ordering this time. My third order from samstores in 6 years, and this one has been most frustrating. A panasonic DVR that will not play off the shelf USA generated media because of wrong region. Well i live here! Been on the phone too a number of personnel at sams', no one has called to resolve this problem, tech, sales, management, no one. Can't even get an RMA to send it back, which i hate to do."

"ordered a BISSELL PROHEAT 2X
bissell-proheat-2x-plus-ex9500e-steam-cleaner-for-220-volts for use here in Melbourne Australia. Gee, they ain't light to carry. It took only roughly seven business days to arrive at my door!! via USPS with tracking. Good job. Although the goods are pricey compared to similar US 110 volt goods, similar product with different brand name(Wertheim) will cost me $400 more to buy here.
after putting them all together and pluging a plug adaptor, everything works perfectly and have no problem after two days of using it.

"Bought a Sony CFD S01 CD Radio. Was sent a US model that uses 220 volts. Asked "Benny" for help - he sent me the WRONG plug adapter - it did not work and SMStores own tech support told me that "Benny" sent the wrong plug adapter - that needed a plug adapter with a transformer!!!! So Far received the unit 4/11 And still cannot use it on AC power.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SAMSTORES AGAIN.

i WILL ASK MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SUSPEND PAYMENT TO THEM UNTIL I RECEIVE THE CORRECT ADAPTER.

"Book My Another Order!

Last year, I was looking for a smart phone that carries all modern feature and style to one of my best friends on his birthday. I contacted various online stores to find a smart phone of my choice from available smart phones, unlock GSM phones and unlock phones. I wasted both my time and energy and got little frustrated as his birthday was approaching very fast. Suddenly, one of my close relatives advised me to visit SamStores web site before sticking to any decision and I rushed to the web site. "i went everywhere looking for the galaxy tab 10.1 for a real good price,then i found out about samstores,and the had from candy bar phones to all the latest android unlocked phones.Not only they offered me a good price, but i learned the difference between the gaxalxy tab and the new one p7500!somestores rock!"

"So my cousin was getting married in ukraine and i went over seas to go attend the wedding but had no professional video camera that could record with over seas 220 voltage so i got this sony branded sd1000e and it works great!I feel like i'm there every time I watch due to the quality."

"Was not sure to order it online or buy it at the store. I like to see things before I buy. But samstores guys convinced me to buy there products on the phone. I must say the sales team are very well trained.Got my product on time well packed. I got call one day before from delivery company.
