"I bought a new Maytag washer in first week of May and I was thinking that it will take more than two weeks to make it delivered to my house, but it was delivered the very next day. The guys who come to deliver take it off from the truck and put it with care inside the house, usually companies do not offer inside delivery.

The most amazing part was when I was ordering, I did not have much idea of how to choose the washer, so I called Samstores and the person named by Abbey was a great help to me. I was quite happy to me helped by a live person which online companies usually do not offer.

I have installed the washer now and really happy to order it from the right place, I would say, fast, reliable and amazing customer service.

"Worst purchace I ever made!!!!

I wish I could give this company NO stars! The first time I called I was told that my order was back ordered. I was told I needed to wait two weeks. The next time I called they said the order should be on its way within a day or so they created a shipping label with UPS. HOWEVER I never got the package, in fact the package never left the warehouse. The company added a label for UPS and package tracking but UPS told me that they had never received the package. The company created a second shipping label and this time I was sent a package. I hooked up the DVR/ DVD player and I played a DVD for about 40 minutes when the Unit froze and stopped working altogether! I called the company and they emailed to me a form so that I could return the item. I went to the post office and paid $14 to ship the item back to the company the company then refused my return and the DVD player was sent all the way back to me. When I called the company to ask what happened they could not give me a manager. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!Delete | Edit"

"I use to buy most of my important stuff online and have come across a lot of online websites which has given me different experiences but I only wants to remember the good ones and ordering with samstores was one of them.

I ordered a couple of items when I moved into my new house and as I was already moved I wanted them as quickly as I can so I personally called samstores and ask for the exact time I would be getting my items and they said they can ship and I can have these in two days on ground shipping charges and they really fulfilled their promise and I did. That was the first time I faced such a company who didn't ask for extra charges but make to deliver to me in two days in just ground charges. I should say excellent service. "

"I ordered a Galaxy S 3 from them before Xmax and was worried if I could have it on time or not, but they kept their promise and I got my phone before Xmax just with in two days of ordering and the most wonderful thing I found about them is that they are the only one who verify shipping with me, I ordered alot of times online but never find some one calling and verifying my shipping to make sure it is going to the correct address. I should say, wonderful service!"

"Hi my name is Kevin Sandra, I purchase and iPad from SAMSTORES with iPad accessories. I made an order over the phone and this was my first time buying and valuable item online. I was not familiar how that work so I talk to sales reprentative personally.

I was 100% satisfied with product knowledge took almost 20-25 minutes and sales person was so knowledgeable and tons of patient that he explain my every question. I ask for second day delivery on holidays season and recd on perfectly timely manner.

"NOT recommend this store at all. I ordered online and immediately paid for a Pioneer black region free DVD player and received the item only after a couple of days. But the item they sent me was the silver which was not what I ordered. The reason why they sent me was because the black was not in stock. Can you believe it? I immediately returned it but it took a couple of weeks to get even a part of the amount that I paid even after a couple reminders over the phone. Their return/credit department was so slow in process. Another problem is they deducted a shipping fee $18. It should also be refunded to me because they could not sent me the black item. They have to do it right. I can't believe what people rate them 5. I do NOT recommend them at all."

"You need to be careful because they will promise you one thing and do something else. I purchased a refurbushed refrigerator and I was told it would be dent and scratch free.

The shipping company dented the side of the refrigerator during shipment. I only notice it after it was opened. Samstores provided no help or compensation after I provided them documentation and pictures. I filed with the BBB case number 94419298 and they just rolled over. They are not A+ store. Peter is the owner and he cannot be trusted."

"simply they suck, my experience with them was terrible. I don`t wanna waist my time talking about that bad experience woth them i would simply say they suck, they dobn`t even give you the turn to talk, they will kill for 1 $, i guess this is made in india people!they don`t talk, they eat words, fast food!ouuuuuuuuuuf"
