I ordered a Tom Aquatics lift pump and right after shipment, maybe a day or so, someone from Salty Supply called me to let me know that UPS had lost my shipment and a replacement had already been sent. Now that is what I call "SERVICE"! Although my shipment arrived maybe a day later than I had expected, I was very satisfied with the overall buying and customer service that I recieved. I believe that probably everyone gets the same treatment and I wasn't special lol, but none the less, I did feel special. "If I had 4 thumbs Salty Supply woud get all 4 thumbs up! The sales and service staff are second to none. Very helpfull at helping me to pick out a skimmer for my 350gl system. Due to my job I needed the shipment to arrive on a certin day and there were no surprises, all 12 items I ordered were there on the date I requested them and no backorders.
IMO Salty Supply is my number one source for all my aquarium equiptment.
