"Hello, I would like to comment on your Customer Service Representative Keva Jantz (99 NW 183 St., Suite 115
Miami, FL 33169). I recently had to make a complicated return/exchange. Keva Jantz was tremendously helpful!
She was very prompt in returning my initial call. Her return calls to keep me posted were thorough, polite and most professional. She continued to keep me notified (via email) the progress of my case. She very carefully explained to me the return/exchange procedure and provided explicit directions for me to follow. She truly could not do enough to assist me with this issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Keva Jantz and her exquisite customer service skills. Honestly, my experience with Keva Jantz was unbelievably positive.
Her work ethic, attention to detail, time management, and great care with each case is profound. Her treatment of your customers is wonderful. Keva Jantz is an employee that only comes along once in a great while. Please take the time to recognize Keva Jantz, for she truly deserves your gratitude.

"Hummingbird 300TX Fish Finder - Transducer
The information posted on the web site was very descriptive and made it easy to know I had the correct product I was needing. The photograph of the unit was fine but didn't help in verification for matching the transducer I was replacing. The selection was made solely by the product description. Your price was excellent, the closest competitor wanted 10% more than what I paid, some other sites were outrageous with there prices. I received the unit sooner than I expected, tracking information was appreciated.


The unit was installed and tested with no issues to report, the transducer was recognized by the 300TX that it was connected to, the only thing left is to try it in the water.


I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience with SalesStores.com and will definitely come back to the web site and recommend it to others

"For our grand opening from our new studio we needed a Mount for our 60-Inch TV and found a nice OmniMount UCL-XB Mount in Google Product Search and Sale Stores was with position 2 or 3 one of the lowest in price.
We placed our order on 11/3 and on Friday 11/4 i got a email stating that the OmniMount UCL-XB was discontinued by the manufacturer and got replaced by the ULPC-X.
They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us the replacement OmniMount ULPC-X at a unbeatable price and we accepted.
To make it up to us for the inconvenience they upgraded shipping to 2nd day at no extra cost. our product arrived on time on 11/8.
They just won a future returning customer... we are very pleases with their service and will definitely buy again from them.

"My brother recommended me this store after he was able to buy some difficult to find items there. I only saw one of the five items I was trying to find but when I phoned they told me they would try to find the other four. Shortly after I received an email from them listing three of the four items. They also found out that the fourth one was discontinued and indicated its replacement model. I was able to purchase all five items from them. Although I was previously able to find two of the five items on other merchants, this was the only one where I could buy all of them from a single website with a single payment. Depending on the item, prices were slightly or significantly lower here."

"This online store is awesome!, I finally found what I was looking for and they were so very kind. I set my online order and received a call before I notice confirming my order and the delivery. Thats the way I like online buying! I will for sure keep on buying this store!

"After a misunderstanding with an item ordered, EOS Trading could not have been more helpful or generous. Very easy to reach. Very responsive to emails. They went way above and beyond to fix my problem.
