It took me some time to find this product. When I finally found it I decided to call to make sure it was really available. I had to wait quite a long time until I got somebody on the phone. I finally got somebody and he put me on hold for additional time. He came back, confirmed availability and told me that I could place the order online. I did, it arrive in less time than expected and works perfectly. Although I would have liked a faster response time, no complaints. I would definitely buy again from this merchant.

Got a fantastic deal on a great stove. Delivered in 2 days from order confirmation. I thought the deal was too good to be true but I was mistaken.

In search of an oven for our kitchen remodeling program we naturally first went to the nearby brick & mortar stores in our area. Found one we liked but thought the price was a tad high so came home and searched the Internet for the same model to see what prices were available.  
 
That's when we found salestores.com ... and the oven we wanted at more than $200.00 in savings ... including shipping. So we did our due diligence on the company (Reseller ratings, BBB checkout, etc...) and found no complaints so we placed our order.  
 
Though we have not hooked up the oven yet and won’t for a couple weeks yet (remodeling project) I will tell you that the oven arrived well-packed, the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful, and the oven appears to be in pristine condition. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.  
 
One other thing I would like to mention is that they did not charge my credit card until after they received word from the shipping company that the oven had been delivered. I ordered on May 26th, oven arrived on June 2nd, and my charge card was billed on June 3rd. I find that a bit remarkable.

My order was received on Friday the 13th without issues and I installed the wireless repeater system without difficulties the following day. It is currently functioning well except for reception of the AT&T network which I suspect indicates that I will need a high gain antenna to pull in that signal.  
 
Over all I would say my satisfaction with this process is very high although I did have some difficulties submitting the initial order using my Apple and Firefox web browser. I tried to submit three times and could never get confirmation that the order was submitted. Only when I received an email did I learn the order was being processed. I recommend this vendor and will us them again without question.

I wanted to purchase several expensive Delonghi items and searched the web for the best deal in price. I found a dealer, whom shall remain nameless, that seemed to have the lowest price. I placed an order with him for a Delonghi stove and a glass cooktop. To make a long story short, I began to feel uneasy as he couldn't quite pin down a tenantive shipping date and I decided to cancel my order until he knew where he could get a unit. I was treated so rudely that I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charges and cancelled my credit card for security reasons. I then started looking again, a bit gun shy and nervous but this time I actually took the time to search for and read reviews about other companies. Through reviews, and also the fact that Delonghi manufacturer had actually heard of them, (unlike the first company) I found and contacted the Sales Store/EOS Trading. Not only did their prices beat everyone else, I was treated in very friendly, confident and professional manner. I placed the order and was given a UPS shipping tracking number within a few days. Five days later, I placed a second order and it too shipped out quickly. I have received both my new 36 inch Delongi 5-burner, two-oven stove as well as the Delonghi two burner glass cooktop and they arrived quickly and were both in perfect condition. I am so excited to have recieved these items for my new kitchen. Sales Store turned a situation that had been a nightmare into one of confidence and satisfaction. I recommend them will buy from them again in the future.

I ordered a 60" BX6010 television stand from this company. They were hands down the cheapest price on this item. I read their policies and by the time it was over I actually wondered if I was taking too much of a chance. But I figured...what the heck...I'm not in a rush and their price was great. (They even tell you that you may get an email if they cannot honor the price. I was waiting for that email)  
 
After I did not receive any status notifications I decided to write to them and see if they had indeed processed the order and if a tracking number might be possible. They replied with an automatic letter without providing information. A few days later I got what looked to be a receipt.  
Still no tracking number but an indication that my item "might" have shipped. I figured there would be no reason to send a receipt after a few days had passed unless the item was available. I decided to give it more time and I waited a few more days. Then I decided to call. I contacted a very nice lady named Melissa. She checked on the status of my order and provided a tracking number. She said my item had indeed been shipped and confirmed it was to be deliverd by UPS Freight. Just before contacting her I had been contacted by UPS Freight. I wasn't sure if it was this item because I had more than one item scheduled for delivery. Well...the stand arrived today via UPS Freight! It took a total of 8 days from order to delivery.  
 
While Sale Stores is not necessarily as polished as some other web sites...they gave me an excellent price and delivered the item to my satisfaction. They were also attentive to my phone inquiry.  
 
I saved a lot of money and am very satisfied with this transaction.

For Chirstmas, I wanted to buy an office tool for my father. I found the perfect gift on salestores.com. It was very easy to contact and email the sales represenatives. When I had to cancel an order, they responded within an hour. They even waived the cancellation fee!

I had been looking for a particular Microwave Oven for quite some time. I had call a few other places and they were all out of stock. I had almost given up, but I found Sale Stores and the price was great. I called them and although it took them almost 10 minutes to find out, the salesperson told me it was available. I asked how long to get it and I was told about a week to 10 days. I placed the order and it arrived in only 3 days. I would definitely buy again from this store.

I had been looking for a Philips Pronto TSU9400 for almost 6 months. The home control panel is not sold retail in Canada and as a result, I've searched eBay, Amazon, NewEgg and all the rest.

With regards to shipping: Sale Stores is quite flexible. In general items are shipped via ground, however all I had to do was ask and pay a small premium to get the item shipped via UPS Air.  
For those of you that don't shop online that much, you most probably haven't endured the long wait and questionable customer service of 'other internet vendors'. Sale Stores in comparison is excellent both from a customer service perspective and timely delivery.

I ordered a Frgidaire microwave/oven combo. It arrived in perfect condition 10 days after my order. I'm very happy with my purchase. The communication with Sales Store was very good and the price was fantastic. I hope to do more business with this organization in the future. Doris

I am so pleased with the order from you folks. My Electric Scooter came on a BIG 16 wheeler and the man got the box to the garage and I put it together. I ordered my Swiss Diamond cookware set from Sale Stores on Amazon.com. They beat everyone else by about $30. I was a little skeptical when I hadn't heard from them, but after emailing them I got a quick response followed by a tracking number. My product arrived on July 14 in perfect condition. All went well. What I see is indeed what I get. Shipping is swift and the shipping company even called to make a delivery appointment. Before that, I got a shipment notification email with a tracking No. I like their pro-active approach. I also find their "deal or shady deal" warning very informative. Overall pac-2000 is as good as many local stores in terms of customer experience, but offers a much better deal than brick and mortar retail.
