"Sahalie is a HORRIBLE company! They will scam you with their Rewards Program. I (and many others) was charged $14.95 a month for a Rewards program I never signed up for. Watch out!!"

"Poor customer service. They sent my item to the wrong address and refuse to change it. I had to get my item at the post office since I wasn't home to receive it. I wanted it shipped to my work place and they couldn't change it even though I just submitted my order. I then wanted the whole order cancelled and they refused. I really will not be coming back."

"I ordered Christmas gifts and now find a recurring $14.95 charge on my credit card for their 'rewards' program. I tried emailing them, and it bounced back as undeliverable. I sat on hold for 10 + minutes and finally went to the credit card company to dispute the charges. I then signed into my Sahalie account to take the credit card off, and guess what? There's no place to do that!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking seriously of writing to my Attorney General. "

"I was excited to find a rain coat that I liked from this site on sale and ordered it on Monday, January 18, and paid for next day shipping. But, unfortunately, it's now Friday, January 22, and it STILL has yet to arrive. My experience so far with this company has been disappointing. I tried to check the order status, but that function on the site isn't working, so who knows what's going on...I wish I had ordered this item from amazon instead. "
