While the Holidays did not help with turn/shipping times with the manufacture/shipping companies we did communicate with you. When this item was not going to arrive before Christmas we did attempt to offer a major discount to you. We issued a refund as you did not want to wait any longer. We attempted everything we could to ensure your satisfaction.”
