"Fraud & Bait & Switch, Hardcore!!! I ordered a Canon 7D Kit from them on 11/30-09 & wanted to expedite the shipping so I called them to confirm the order. They would not give me a name & tried to sell me an extremely overpriced battery by telling me that Canon sent a "15 minute sample" battery. When I tried to tell them that I had done my research they got very huffy & told me I didn't know what I was talking about & that they were right. I finally got them to agree to allowing me to purchase the kit with the "suoolied" battery. Two days later when I checked the status of the order (when I didn't get an order confirmation) I found my order had been placed in "Backorder" status. I called as a new customer & tried to buy the camera over the phone but they refused. I had to order over their site. I then called back to find out what I needed to do to het the order shipped & was told "Oh, that must have been a wholesale order & those were being backordered but they could get the camera for me if I wanted to buy it retail". I knew then (for sure) that this would be interesting. Their retail price was about $400 higher than from the Canon store & the camera still needed the upgraded "5 hour battery". I couldn't stand it anymore ^ I requested they cancel my order & they agreed but never did. I had to go back to their site & cancel it myself. I know this is wordy but I want you to know just how devious these people are. Get Out! Get Out!"
