"These guys are awful. I ordered 4 pieces from them on 5/4/09 (monday) and 5/7/09 I had gotten no shipping confirmation. I emailed to ask the status and suddenly the items were shipped. The shipping confirmation email said that all 4 items had shipped. When the package arrived the next monday only three items were in the box and on the packing list. I have emailed everyday since and get this lame response:
"We are checking on the status of that now for you and will get back with you shortly. Sorry for any delays on your order.

Sincerely,
Sales Team"

I'm guessing they have an entirely different idea of shortly than I do since I have gotten this for 3 days in a row.

*Update* - SJ Discount Tools did make this right with me. Sarah was very helpful. She explained the mix up to my satisfaction. The remainder of my order was overnighted to me.

"I order a needed tool (cylinder hone) for my car on Wednesday and by noon on Friday I had already received it via UPS. SJDiscountTools communicated via email immediately that they had received my order on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received another email informing me that it had already been shipped. On Friday, I was able to start on my car project because my tool had already arrived at my door. Awesome company to order from and by the way, they had the lowest price of any other companies carrying the same exact tool. I will definitely order from them again. Thanks."

"Very professional ordering staff. Easy to deal with. Although I missed the 3pm shipping cutoff, they shipped my order next day and it arrived the day after, everything as described and well packed. To top it off, SJ's prices were pretty competitive, and shipping was reasonable. They also sent me the tracking numbers too. I would definitely recommend this seller!"

"Ordered a couple tools but received emails stating items were on back-order, yet their website did not state 'out of stock'.
They charged our credit card for both the items and shipping and never delivered. If you send too many emails, they become very unresponsive. No phone number for customer service, only email.
Cancelled the order as the product was never received or shipped. SJ Discount sales is requesting that we call Greatdeals.com (parent company apparently) to get a credit on our charge card.

This is the worst most unprofessional company I have every dealth with.

BEWARE!"
