"Horrible customer service. Ordered on 3/27, emailed on 4/9 why I had not received the item. Received a response on 4/11 saying it was back ordered for at least another 2-3 weeks. No notification prior to this as to any problems, all emails portrayed order as being in stock and ship within standard ground shipping times. At NO time was I told it was going to take a MONTH to get this. Would NEVER purchase from them again."
"Charged my credit card for full amount but didn't ship everything. After 2 weeks when I asked for an update it took them 5 days to tell me that it could be another week or 2. Website never said it was not in stock, even after my order. Will see how long it take to cancel the rest of my order and credit my card."

"Like everyone else here, I was scammed. Placed order and two weeks later nothing. Sent email requesting status and if the item had not shipped yet to cancel order. Three days later, a reply that they are checking into the matter. Two days after that a reply that they'll offer me 5% off if I still want the tool. Told them no, please cancel order, They reply that they'll check with the warehouse to make sure it has not shipped. A week later I get an email that the item just shipped ! RIP OFF VENDOR"

I regularly deal with vendors such as autobodytoolmart, Eastwood and TCP Global. This time I decided that I would try someone new and was greatly disappointed with the outcome. Although small, this was an important order to me. I am thankful that I wasn’t ordering anything substantial. Two weeks ago I placed an order through one of your 12 subdivisions known as S&JDiscounttools.com. Since I cannot get a response from them, I must resort to contacting this email address.
Quite simply, the facts are: 1. After 2 weeks, I have still not received my order. 2. There are NO status updates available and it seems that my order is still has not even processed. 3. I feel that the shipping (and handling) was high for a part that fits in an envelope. 4. AND MOSTLY, the fact that I cannot get a response from customer service agent in regard to my order.
