reply posted May-06-2013 “SJF shipped the parts of this order that were in stock and notified the customer of a factory back-order on part of the order. SJF offered the customer the option of cancelling the order for a full refund or to continue to wait until the parts became available for shipment. The customer declined the refund and chose to wait for the back-ordered parts to be available. SJF was able to source the back-ordered items and immediately shipped them to complete the order for the customer. Though SJF does everything possible to expedite orders and avoid delays, back orders do sometimes occur.”
