"They did an excellent job of getting to me a lens that I could not find elsewhere. They were receptive to my needs. When I talked to the support person, he helped me get a UV filter for this lens that I had inadvertently forgotten to order. Later when I talked with a sales person about this filter he was polite, receptive, and gave me very useful information. I appreciated the personal service I received from both people."

"Excellent customer service! I received a phone call from the company asking me what type of camera I had so they could be sure the lens I was ordering was compatible. Then they offered to upgrade my shipping for free! I received my lens and it's just what I expected! Will definitely do business with these guys again."

"I spent quite a bit of time researching my camera purchase, because this purchase was a gift for my wife.
I was quite happy with the package deal from RytherCamera,
and the price was competitive with other online mail order merchants. Service delivery was great, the product was as expected with no damage, and my wife continues to be very happy with the product. I would buy from RytherCamera again for accessories for our camera."

"I placed my order with David, who was very helpful in helping me chooses camera for my daughter's college graduation gift. When we opened it the night before commencement, we discovered that the memory card was missing. I phoned customer service, and Kevin very courteously listened to me, then said he would send me the memory card I ordered. I am very impressed with Ryther and my daughter is thrilled with he Rebel T3. It takes fantastic pictures. I highly recommend Ryther!"

"This is my second order from Ryther Camera. Both times have been excellent experiences, with prompt feedback and shipping. This time I ordered a telephoto lens; I received a confirmation call on a Sunday, and discovered that I ordered the wrong lens. The Ryther employee corrected my order and expedited the delivery. I am extremely pleased with Ryther's service."

"After a lot of research I decided to purchase the d7000 with the 16mm-85mm lens. I made sure it was a USA model and everything was in stock. They sold me the filter combo then started in on extend warranty and battery. I declined, after a couple of days no follow up email on the order then I called them and sure enought it appeared. I finally get ship date and my wife is all excited about her already late mothers day present. Well low and behold it shows up alright with no lens! No call no email nothing only the packing list that says 0 in the shipped column. I believe something in the follow up department needs work. I have purchased many items on line and this is a first. I am very disappointed to say the least Let's
see how they respond.
I received a call from Kevin the following day and he stated that they shipped the lens to them instead of me. He offered to send it over night and said he would call yo follow up . He also mention giving me a 7 year warranty for this mishap. That seemed fair, however when the lens showed up( on time) there was no warranty registration slip to accompany it. I still have the registration card for a 18mm - 105mm lens that they originally sent minus the lens that the camera came in. Well I hope they send the warranty slip that says 7 years. That being said, Kevin seamed to be on top of it. I will post when warranty card shows up
