"In the end I still did get my order, but the company lacks the basic professionalism expected from e-commerce companies. No confirmation email or tracking is provided. They also never answer their phone (always goes to the machine even during their business hours). Also, it seems like most items are drop shipped from the manufacturer instead of being in stock. The delivery service used (Dohrn Transfer Company) was also 2nd rate, their truck malfunctioned the first time so the delivery was delayed by 2 days. On the second attempt, the package was left at the wrong house and they suggested I go door to door and figure out which one of my neighbors had it. Unless you're saving a lot of money, I do not recommend.."
