"The rug I ordered arrived in a completely torn package, with the rug exposed and stained. While RugsUSA did allow me to return the item eventually, their customer service and returns process is so incredibly bad that it would almost be easier to cut your losses and sell a defective item on craigslist instead. This is even more sad when you consider that there are only 3 or 4 dozen employees in the entire company. If you call their customer support number during business hours, you'll sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be interrupted by a recording, telling you that you've called them outside of business hours, and then they disconnect you. Their live chat support (via their website) is always offline, and it takes them days to respond to an email. Incredible."
