I called and asked customer service if there was anything they could do and said that it was not specified that the rugs were on back order, she said it was, so I went back on the site and mock ordered the same rugs, and it did not say anything about back order. I was not offered a better deal or any way to fix the misleading information and was made to feel like it was my problem. Terrible experience. I will not order from rugs USA again.
