"Have contacted Rugs USA 4 times about a computer glitch in my order. Each time they say they need to talk to someone about the return. I then call back when I do not hear from them. Tried to cancel when I saw that 3 rugs were ordered and not 1. Man said it was taken care of, and then 3 arrived. It is 79 dollars to return each rug (118 sale price was what each rug cost). Each person has said it was possible for the supervisor to issue a return and that they would get back with me. I have to call back each time so far, and am waiting for an answer from my phone call last Fri. I am used to better service for things I order. Will probably by pass this website next time."
