"Ok. I love the rug...it was delivered quickly and was plush and thick and looks great. I did have some issues with customer service but it was resolved (after 2 weeks and 4 calls). Customer service had short waits and quick verbal response. However, the promised refund was for whatever reason not being processed by the computer and took 3 extra phone calls and an extra week to go through."
