"Ordered a bedroom set on March 20. It is May 10th and I still do not have my furniture. I understand the manufacturer may delay things, however the lack of communication is not acceptable. The only communication I have had has been initiated by me. I have sent an email (saved and received a verification that they received it)and never heard back. Three times I was assured my order would be here the following week. Like I said....still no furniture. Would never order from them again."
