"Absolutely the best low end guitar I have ever purchased. My Sx Hawk MN w p90 pickups is amazing!! It was packed well and shipped fast. Right out of the box the setup was great! All I had to do was tune it. I'm a church praise band musician and I have a lot of guitars, including a 1989 Fender Strat Plus, but I didn't have one with p90s in a strat body. So cool. The only issue I could find was a couple of blemishes in the finish on the top, but since I plan to relic this one, it's no big deal to me. Very pleased!"

Placed order online for a Douglas WOB 826 with 3 Day Select Shipping. Immediately recieved an automated email response. I'll be updating my experience with them over the next couple of days.

Received email from fedex that my bass is in transit. I'm a little puzzled because the website says that it would be going UPS, but Fedex is just fine by me.

Received package. Was double packed per their site. Instrument was slightly out of tune, but then again it did travel across the country...

For the money, this Bass cannot be beat. When I was a semi-working musician, I couldn't purchase a BAD 4 string bass for less than $350. For $225 delivered, this 6 string bass is great. I mostly play on my own, and hope to be doing a few jam sessions here and there with friends.

I strongly recommend Rondo Music. I'll probably order from them again when it's time to purchase a fretless bass :-)

"I purchased a guitar from Rondo Music through e-bay. The guitar is beautiful (better than expected) and shipped to my house in less than 48 hours. Customer service was great and the price was good too. I'm a happy customer. "

"A jocker stupid sales man called Kurt Zentmaier at Rondo music should be sacked!! otherwise the Rondo Music business will collapse! This guy is unrespectful with customers and should learn some morals."

"I stumbled upon Rondo's web-page & bought one of their mid range guitars. It arrived packaged well & in a short time.
The guitar was a 12 string Les Paul body. This instrument is 3 to 4 times the value for the price. My guitar experience covers over 40 years & maybe as many guitars. This 12 string is as playable and quality sounding as ANYTHING
I have ever owned."

"I've shopped with Rondo Music since 1997. Most recently, I purchased an Agile AL3000 Guitar (a wonderful Les Paul clone)in November 2005. I've placed between 15-20 orders over the past 8 years and have been very pleased with Rondo's prices, service, and product quality. Their customer service is first rate. Kurt handles the internet and phone sales and personifies the meaning of "service". For example, several years ago, I received a guitar case that had been badly damaged by UPS during shipment. Although the guitar inside the case showed no visible signs of damage, I contacted Kurt and he immmediately e-mailed me a pre-paid return shipping label and replaced the guitar and case at no additional shipping charge. He then dealt with UPS--not me.

I have referred Rondo to friends who have had similar experiences. Rondo is a stand-up company who won't let you down. A perfect "10".

"I, like some others here, feel compelled to comment on my experience with Rondo Music and Agile Guitars.
First - Rondo. I have nothing but good things to say about Kurt and the terrific customer service I have received in my dealings with him and the company. Responses have been prompt, and any issues have been resolved above and beyond my expectations. I would not, I will not, hesitate to place another order - in fact I plan to, very soon, which brings me to:
Second - Agile Guitars. I own and currently play a 3100 series LP style (Honey Sunburst, slim neck). The fit, finish, and features of this model compare to those of 4-5x the price. Where can you find a guitar with a flamed maple top, an ebony fretboard, REAL mother-of-pearl (that just about glows in the dark!) inlay, Grover tuning machines, Graphtec Tusq nut, NSV2 bridge, and string-saver saddles for under $500 INCLUDING the case and shipping? My friends, I scour the internet for days looking for great gear at decent prices. The Agile 3000 series is an unbelievable value. I am sorry it took me so long to find out about them. As soon as pre-order opens up again, I fully intend to order a "custom" version of the same guitar I have now. If you have always wanted a Lester, but only have an Epi pocketbook - your money is better spent with Rondo. My 3100 will shame anything Epi makes as-is, and with nothing more than a pickup swap, I truly believe that it could go toe-to-toe with any LP under $3500. You will not find a better deal. I've looked. And if you're not happy with your purchase, Kurt will take care of you. Either exchange or refund - your choice. But if you get one like I've got, you won't be asking for either. You'll be on a soapbox just like me! "

"Very Impressive, had a small problem with my billing and shipping address. Rondo emailed me quickly and informed me of the problem. It was quickly corrected.. Rondo kept in touch with me via email thur the entire process. I em very happy with the service. And will happy shop with them again."

"Rondo Music ROCKS!!! Just bought a crappy guitar for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. Not only did I get her an okay guitar, but I got a case, AMP and a bunch of accessories for 109 bucks....free shipping too!

Ordered at 10:20 AM Friday morning, got an email at 10:30 saying the order was ready to be shipped...Got the guitar Saturday morning at 11AM. Can't beat that!
