"My name is Carlton Misquith. I bought a Rotisserie in Dec 2014. The unit was damaged and I have asked for the return label. There was no return label sent in spite of multiple follow ups. I then was told that a refund will be sent and need not wait for the return label. I have called several times and on each occurrence there was an assurance for the refund which never came. It has been 8 months now. On further inquiry I believe that the call center is sending a number of requests to this email but it has being ignored. I don’t think it is fair to assure the customer something and then ignore later. I trust that Ronco is a reputable company and ignoring customers for 8 months does not seem consistent with that image. Would appreciate any follow up on this request. "
"purchased the 25 pcs knife set based on 100% satisfaction guarantee. Product turned out to be the garbage. Knives arrived with rivet missing and very cheaply made. Rust showed on knives after first washing. Attempted to return and was met with absolute resistance and the worst customer service I have ever received. Turned out trying this crap cost me about 60 bucks after returning it. Pozi scheme. They make money even if you return it. Ridiculous. Will never purchase anything else from them."
"I hope those of you out there looking for knife sets would avoid Ronco knife company truely! You work to hard for your income, and this company will surely dissapoint you all, now that's a garentee you can take to the bank. This company has so many loose ends to give great customer satisfaction,very very late shipments, hidden cost's, and false garentees. I know there has been a few satifyed customer reviews, but you all should look more at the many dissapointed customer reviews this should give you all an indication as to your chances to be satisfyed with Ronco Co. "Huge shipping and processing fees. They make you feel like your getting a good deal on the product but turn around and charge an outrageous amount for shipping. Just another way to mask a good deal and turn around and rip off the consumer. Will never do business with them again. "

"I have ordered from Ronco.com a few times and have most of their products. Any delays in shipping are probably due to demand as they do ALOT of business. I have had to wait for an order for 2 months, but it came and that was the only time. I have 2 of the knife sets and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law both got one for christmas gifts from us. They are the best knives i have EVER used. Thanks Ronco !!"
"On November 13 2009, I placed my order and did not receive a conformation,waited to hear from Ronco so,I placed it again, got a comformation, got an E-mail saying they werer out and could they sub.This happened twice and each time my credit card was charged and credited ,so I ordered a more expensive one. So on Jan.04,2010 I received two rotesseries, I kept the more expensive one and Returned the other after calling for instructions on how to return it, I Insured It and waited until March when I sent Ronco a six page fax with the Insurance recipt,a copy of the shipping copy and a copy of my December, Janurary and Feburary Credit card bill and so far as of April 28 2010, I have made 15 calls to Ronco to get my refund,I don't give up easy and I won't purchase anotherthing from RONCO. Swindled"
"DONT EVER ORDER FROM RONCO.... I orderd the knife set 2 months back I only receved the email saying they have reveived my order... NO Delivery or a word about delivery date yet(after 2months)...I have called them twice already every time they keep saying about their warehouse is moved or their database is moved but no clear answer whats happening with the order..... Only now I read the ratings of the seller and Im fearing that i have become a victim of very inteligent scam.***April 1st 2008 *** Called them again to find out whats happening & the guy one the cutomer suports says he needs another 2 weeks to diliverWTF?....its been mor thatn 2 months since I order & now another 2 weeks....I wanted to cancel the order & they are saying I cant cancel it now...but they need another 2 weeks 4 dilivery.. RONCO.COM are theves operating on broad day light dont order from them..... "
"I purchased the Ronco knives with a 2 for one offer. I just got them in and everything is as advertised. The knives are very durable and sharp. I got the wood holding blocks in with the flavor injector. "
"I waited the 1 - 6 weeks as stated in my confirmation email. I called to inquire about my order and they said it was backordered and would take another month. After waiting a total 2 months for my order, they said the shipment came in with the wrong labels and it would be another month. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. 1 month after cancellation (3 months after placing the order) and still no refund. I will open a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. ***updated*** After opening the dispute with my bank, I suddenly got an email indicating the order had been shipped (complete with tracking number). I replied and said I still did not want it and reminded them that I had cancelled it two months ago (no response from them). I updated my dispute with the bank to indicate what the merchant had done. Since I no longer even live at the address where I was when I ordered this item, I contacted the current occupant and made sure they would refuse the package (which they did - it's on its way back to the merchant). This way, the mercant cannot try to claim they fulfilled their order and pretend I never cancelled it. I WILL win my dispute and get my money back. ****UPDATE*** Well, I lost my dispute with my charge card bank. NOT because this wasn't a fraudelent case but because I failed to file the dispute within 60 days of the purchase. Apparently, the success of this scam is based on the fact that they delay your order and keep you waiting until your deadline for filing a dispute has passed. Once you finally realize you've been ripped off and cancel it doesn't matter because they won't have to return the money. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS. I CERTAINLY DON'T BELIEVE IT'S REALLY AFFILIATED WTIH THE REAL RONCO OF TV INFOMERCIAL FAME. IT'S A CLEVER SCAM AND FOR ONCE I FELL FOR IT. LESSON LEARNED.***FINAL UPDATE*** 6 months after my order was placed, I get a call from their accounting department saying they tried to send me a refund check. It had been returned because they sent it my old address. I TRIED to tell them I moved already (but then again I tried to tell them to cancel the order and they didn't listen then, either). So, I updated them with a new mailing address and got a check. I ASSUME it'll clear when I deposit it. Even though they mistakenly shipped the order after I cancelled it (and it was returned to them since I haven't lived at that address for a while), they decided not to include the shipping charge in the refund. Well, since they refunded my money (partially) I no longer think they are scam but I certainly think they are not running a well organized operation. Stay away!"
"Ordered steak knives but Ronco was out of Hard Wood Block for same. We were told we would be sent when available at NO SHIPP CHARGE. What a lie, we were billed for charges. We are going to contact Better Business Bureau and report. What a horseshit company.12/20/07As of this date, we have NOT received the blocks for the knives. They were charged to our credit card over 2 l/2 weeks ago. We should have received by now even with Christmas rush! This company shouldn't be in business. Buyer BEWARE!"
"Ordered this on 01/31/05 cancelled the same day 1 hour later. Called to confirm cancellation on 02/01/05 was told to call back 02/02/05 for cancellation confirmation number, which I did. Looking on my CC statement (online) 02/04/05 there was a charge for this item, billed that day. Called again....was told that the charge would be removed in 3-5 days, it's still there, but if I receive the knives & block to refuse them and send back. Yesterday 02/08/05 I received shipping conformation that the order was being shipped that day!! I sent an email to customer service stating all of this info and had no reply from them.So after 3 phone calls & 1 emailmy advise to anyone interested in Ronco products is to try to find them elsewhere. This is a very hard company to deal with. You wait forever on hold, the customer service is non-existant and they evidentlly do not understand English nor can they comprehend simple cancellation information."
"Ordered a Showtime standard Rotisserie on Nov 11. My sister had already purchased one for my birthday and I immediately canceled the order on Nov 13 and received an email confirmation.Next month I noticed a charge on my Visa statement and called Ronco. Called and waited 25 min to talk to a rep and was told that chg. would be removed in 3 days,it was not.Called again on Jan 18 waited 20 min to talk to rep and then put on hold for 50 min and was told again would be taken off my chg. Will never order from Ronco again, beware!!!I have to say I do like the rotisserie but I will never deal with this company again."
"Ordered Knife set on 5/23/04, charged card on 5/24/04 product recieved on 7/15/04. Fast to charge slow to ship will never do bussiness with them again. I tried to cancel 2 weeks after order they would not. Also very high shipping charges. Beware!"
