"I could not agree more with the previous customer's review. I had an almost identical experience. The only difference was that I was never contacted by the company about "their" glitch until I followed up on my order seven days later. After sending them an email inquiring about my order, they finally contacted me two days later stating that there was a glitch and that they may still send my product. Two days later, it was cancelled. I then responded by stating that I was upset about this experience and will share my experience when writing a review. It took only 2 hours to receive a repsonse to that email. They claimed that they fullfied any order that had an item that originally priced under 100 dollars. Would love to know if this is true or factual. "
"Their customer service is disappointing to say the least. I ordered an item from them online. I noticed the price was off, so probably a mistake so I took the chance. I knew it maybe canceled, but that's not why I'm very disappointed in this company. They noticed the pricing issue within 30 minutes of my order and corrected it on their sites. Do you think they contacted me right away? No. They continued to let my order sit, knowing they had a pricing problem. It took them 4 days to contact me. 4 days after they saw the problem. This is the holiday season, and you left the order pending shipping status for that long. Makes you wonder if it takes that long for them to answer any other customer service problem. I work in online customer service, and I'd have my butt handed to me if I didn't respond to a customer service issue within an hour. "
"Annoyed. My wife ordered me a bird-bath for my birthday. The first shipment arrived - two bowls, no pedestal. We called customer service, they shipped a replacement - one bowl one BROKEN pedestal. At that point we had 3 bowls. Customer service said the would PERSONALLY pack and ship a new pedestal. A MONTH after that, STILL NOTHING. My wife called them, and two days later we had another package, another BOWL, Still no pedestal and its two months later and we have 4 bowls. 4 birdbath bowls and no pedestal to put any of them on, no sign they want the spares back or will ever get the order correct."

"Was told that the items that I ordered were in stock. I have more than one residence so my CC address was different than the address that I was shipping to. They contacted me 5 days after the order to verify me and then was told it would take another 5 days to receive the order. Very sow service. I still have not received the order!"
"Was initially excited to have found this online store, great selection and good prices. However, when I ordered an item that soon become unneeded the return process has not been so smooth...First you must obtain a return code from the company, not so hard, just a phone call. Then I learned they charge a 25% re-stocking fee, I think that's pretty high compared to the usual 10%. Now I'm having to file a dispute with my credit card company as they claim the item was refunded one day after its return, but now 3+ weeks later I'm not seeing any credit."
"I had been looking locally for some gutter screens and was not pleased with the quality of those found, till I searched online and found Ron's Home and Hardware.My home is surrounded by trees and having these covers will help tremendously in keeping them clean. "

"Overall shopping experience was good. My order was easy to place and I received acknowledgement immediately. After a week of no word, I called Ron's to find out what happened to my order. I wasn't able to speak with anyone but was able to leave a callback message. On the following day (8 days after I placed the order), I received an e-mail telling me my order was shipped. The next day I received a partial shippment with a note that the rest of my order was damaged and would be shipped as soon as Ron's received a replacement. I received the replacement the following day. I would have liked to have been notified by Ron's about the delay without my having to call them first.Regards,Larry Greene"
"Kind of dissappointed in Ron's. They advertise one brand and substitute another. Example; ordered Coleman plastic oars 45" and received Sevlor 43" oars."
