UPS had the part faster than I could have guess and it was exactly as pictured. That can be a big deal. Also they have a way of verifying the part is in stock before ordering, for me that was god send becuase I had orders with another Jeeps parts house that were back ordered for weeks and they never let me know. I hate it when I have the time to work on a project and project sits because it is waiting on parts to be delivered. <br><br>I was very impressed with Rompalicious, I will diffidently using them again. "I hate having to review companies poorly. However, when a company acts in a way such as to infer fraud and dishonesty, it is only fair that I pass along the experience.
I purchased a rather inexpensive part from rompalicious.com back a few months ago. The total was under $30. Upon receiving the part, I discovered I wouldn't be needing it. I quickly contacted Connie at Rompalicious, who attempted to convince me to keep the part anyway. That struck me as strange because her reasoning was due to me having to pay a 20% restocking fee. I didn't need the part so I wasn't about to keep it. I requested a return authorization. She emailed that this would take a few days. What? Upon finally receiving the RA (after contacting again), I dropped $10 on shipping it cross-country to the address specified, labeled as specified. Weeks pass. The package turns up on my doorstep showing an incorrect address. I contact Connie at Rompalicious yet again. This time I am quite angry, as this part is now up to $40. She flat out lies to me and emails that I will receive a postage paid label from the company to return the item. It never came. It has been three months now. Not only did I get stuck with a part I didn't need. But, now am out additional postage trying to return the item.
PLEASE consider me a reasonable person. Do not do business with ROMPALICIOUS if you think you may need to return an item. It was clear from the first attempt at returning, that this company had no intention of accepting my return. Dishonest practices in a tough economy. Horrible experience!
