reply posted Aug-26-2011 “I see your item was shipped from our warehouse the day before you placed this comment on this site. I see notifications were sent to you to keep you informed of the status of your order and that the item has been accepted for delivery.
I am sorry your item was sent to you at a late date, but if the item is not available with the issuing vendor, all we can do is try to keep our customers informed of the status as much as possible. When an item is on back order, a customer is free to cancel his order before the item is being processed for shipment.

"I ordered a part on November 9. Received an email that day that the part was in stock. Received another email with the subject "Shipping" that said the order was in process.
One week later, nothing. The order is still in process, although the website shows two shipment numbers but no tracking. I've emailed customer service through the email address in the FAQ and through the Contact Us form and have gotten no response.
My renovations are at a standstill until I get this piece. I would not have ordered it if I had known it would take more than a week to be shipped, and at this point I can't even find out WHEN it will be shipped."
