" I ordered some capsules called Bottoms Up and gave my credit card information, address, etc. A week later I received an e-mail saying that the capsules are not in stock.

“Dear lpzeeberg,

Your order came in on September 25th. An email confirmation is sent immediately after placing an order. In the confirmation email under number 4, it explains that we are a drop ship company and are not always aware of an item being out of stock until it is sent to the vendor or distributor for processing.

Our order processor notified you on the morning of September 26th (not a week later) to let you know that the item is on back order with an option to cancel or hold. She sent a tentative date of the expected restocking of 7-10 business days. It has only been 5 business days.

You replied that you would like to wait, so I'm confused by your review. Nevertheless, if you have concerns we will be happy to cancel your back order and issue a refund.
