"I ordered two items for Christmas gifts in November 2009. One item (a book) came promptly, the other item (a Famous Trails Metal Detector) never came. I started to call their 1-800-205-1727 to find out where the rest of my order was. They said the item was on backorder and would be available to me in January. It still never came! I called again and they told me they couldn't get the item any longer and would refund my money. To this day I have not received a refund and I call them almost every day. Of course, now the website is down and no one will return my calls. I refuse to let this go and just want my money back! "
