"I ordered a Sony A350 bundle with an 18-70, 55-200 lenses and a grip on April 30. Site said it would take up to 2-3 weeks until shipment as it was not in stock. Item shipped on May 4. Other than a couple of emails to resolve questions from my credit card company, there were no attempts to get me to add additional items. Package arrived when promised. Am very happy with this experience."
"deal went smoothly. product came right on time with no problems. Only thing i found weird was that i recieved an email saying to call the company to confirm my order. i dont know if that is standard procedure on internet sales or what. other than that my nikon d80 with lens order was a pleasant experience and a good price/no tax/free shipping(as well as a little help from fatwallet). i might go back and order some lenses from them."

"Placed an order for the Canon 40D when it was first listed. It was shipped on the 31st 3-5 day free. Got it today 3 business days. It was packed very well, thankfully since FedEx must have had a heavy box on top of it because the shipping box was a little crushed. It is new and works fine. Plus ritz applied a credit towards this order from a previous order price match. This is my fourth order placed with them and three went very well and the other well the manufacture recalled the item so ritz gave me the option to cancel or wait for the wii. In all they do a fine job. Three of the items I ordered are over $1k and all are mint. So if you had a problem with them I guess it is like any company stuff happens. Very pleased."

"I ordered a Canon Rebel Xsi camera w/ kit lens on the 6/22 and received it on 6/24. Everything was in order and with prompt delivery. Can't ask for more than that."
"I cancelled an "order" from Digitalliquidators.com and finally bought the same model from Ritz, mainly because, after taking my CREDIT CARD INFO, digitalliquidators.com informed me that the item was OUT OF STOCK, which was contrary to it's own website information and the information on shopping filter sites. Ritz gave NO hassles, shipped it immediately, didn't request me to buy any "extras" and didn't attempt to bait me with any "switch" schemes. That in itself is worth coming back for and the item was shipped free and arrived on my daughter's birthday which is in the height of the holiday season.
I made a second order with Ritz and there was no problem with it, easy to track and it came with free shipping, no tax 2 days before Christmas"
