This was not stated when I placed the order, or I would have had it shipped to my work, which is where I am at during UPS delivery hours. UPS made 3 attemps and stated that sender could redirect to my work. But I contacted Webyshops and they would not redirect shippment, and my only option was to let it get sent back to the by UPS as undeliverable and then they would ship it back to me at my expense to a new address. This could have been a very simple to fix, just state this when the order was placed. Webyshops would make no attempt to help in this situtation so I will not shop and would recommend NO one else shop with them because there CS will not help you if you have a problem. <br><br>I also had placed another order which when I placed the order it stated item was in stock, but I got a notice a few days later that I had ordered an item that is in a backorder state. "Product was on back order and was shown to be "typically restocked in 3-5 days". After two and a half weeks, I was calling to cancel the order. I was told they could ship it the following day, which they did. Overall was satisfied but could have done better. "
