"I odered from Canada; their website does warn about possible COD charges for customs; however, when I received my parcel (which showed I needed to pay COD) there was no E14 custom inpection form which usually is attached to the parcel and justifies the charges to be paid. The COD charges were justified by an invoice from Global Mail; if they levied the charges and pass them onto the client, I think they would leave the E14 form to clear themselves of any potential problem, but they didn't, because in my opinion there was never any custom charges. What it looked like, was that i paid Global mail for the Canadian part of the shippping, which I had already paid to Ridegear. I ended up paying the rate of a 3-day shipping for a 2-week service. On top of that, they sent us items that had been opened and had pieces missing. I contacted them for both problems, the final mail from them basically said to get on with it. Crappy service. Don't buy from there. We thought we paid enough money for this order (which ended up being alot more expensive than if we'd bought locally) and got such a poor service, we decided to just keep the items..."
