"I never have anything nice to say about anybody, but Rhino Mart (I never did find out where they got that name) was so fabulous, I really had to put in a good word. It all began with my looking for Old Spice shaving cream, which my father used, so of course I used, and I discovered had been taken off the market. Well, I called Procter & Gamble, who originally manufactured it, who sold it to some Razor company, who sold it to Rhino Mart, who found 24 precious cans of it (enough to last me way beyond a lifetime) and charged me less than one-third of what it was going for on E-bay. Plus the guy who helped me with the order--somebody named Albert--couldn't have been lovelier or more gracious. I can't wait to find something else that's been liquidated, so I can order again! Honest. P.S. In answer to your question below: Did Rhino Mart ask me to write this review? Of course not. If they had, you can be sure that I wouldn't."

"The service I received both before and after placing my order with RhinoMart was truly exceptional. I needed to order a small (5' tall, 100 lbs.) refrigerator but my fridge was dead and I didn't want to wait a long time. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I couldn't find it in the LA City area for less than $500, including tax and delivery, with a 2 week to 2 MONTH delivery estimate. But RhinoMart's price was $357 INCLUDING tax and only $30 shipping, right to my front door. When I inquired as to the transit time (before I even ordered, mind you) they responded with a HUMAN GENERATED courtesy reply within 2 hours, and the actual shipping estimate (7 days) later the same day. Praying for the best, I placed my order for the fridge late that night, which was a Thursday, using a 10% discount coupon THEY had sent me as an incentive. The next afternoon (Friday), I received another HUMAN GENERATED email telling me I had left a digit out of my phone number. I answered that same day, but I assumed I was looking at some big delay, and any delay at all would now be blamed on me...right? Well, was I in for a big surprise, because Monday afternoon, a mere 2 business days following my order, I received a phone call from a delivery driver and we set up a delivery appointment of 10 AM to 1 PM the next day...which he kept! UNBELIEVABLE...three business days...actually only 2 1/2...and I had my fridge. And the total cost, with that coupon...$352...about $150 less and 12 to 60 days quicker than anything I could get locally. I suppose the best part of the whole thing is that two actual human beings communicated with me. Lisa was the one giving me the delivery estimate, and Derek contacted me about the phone number. Obviously, these people care because they did their jobs quickly and efficiently...and that is an unfortunate rarity in today's world. I have never written such a review as this. I have had my share of problems with online shopping, but since most of my orders have gone as expected, I never felt compelled to give "stars" and rave reviews about normal levels of service. But RhinoMart really exceeded all my expectations. I know they can't guarantee everything will work perfect 100% of the time. But we should never judge people, or companies, on their mistakes...we should judge them on how they respond if they make one. In my judgment, I believe I can trust RhinoMart to do their actual best. And though I found this fridge cheaper at other websites, there is no way to beat the value of the money I spent for the service I received. "I have joined the Gold membership 3 weeks ago and on the day I joined $10 was supposed to be added to my shopping card, as it says on the web site. Well I did not get the $10 and they only added it after I made a purchase. I have asked them to take it out of the order I already placed and they just add $10 to my shopping card. So I decided to cancel my Gold membership and that's where it gets "funny".I only tried the service for 3 weeks and didn't like it: this is the response I got from this company...Hi Gillian - I have changed your membership status to "free member".You will be still be charged for the second month as we require 30 days written notice, according to our terms of service. However, you will not incur any further charges.Thank you for your business.LisaRhinoMart.comHow can anyone try the service for 30 days if they need a 30 day written notice, and if you didn't like it, oh well to bad for you because you will be charged for another 30 days.Today I looked at my account and it still says that I am a Gold member and not a "free member""

"I purchased my items on Friday and got most of my order on Monday. Great quality items. Rhinomart's customer service really impressed me. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and courteous way (not to mention VERY quickly). They go out of their way to provide stellar customer service. I read a few of the other comments and I realize things go wrong sometimes, however this company is not a scam. Order from them with confidence. 5 stars in my book! Keep up the good work Rhinomart!"

"DO NOT COUNT ON RHINO MART FOR ANYTHING.I ordered something 6 weeks ago. It didn't come for a week. They never notified me that it was delayed. It just didn't come. When I checked online I found out that it hadn't shipped. I used their online chat, called them, everything. They kept saying the warehouse was backed up and that the product would ship in a couple of days. It never did. They refused to upgrade my shipping for free. I did this every week for a couple of weeks. Now I've finally given up completely after wasting tons of time and no longer needing the product. Now I'm trying to cancel the order, but their phone number and live chat has disappeared from the site, and they don't respond to emails. This is about the cross the line between terrible service to straight out scam. buyer beware!"
"Stay away from Rhino Mart.I just completed an order from them, and while I did eventually receive the merchandise, I would never order from them again and would discourage anybody from ordering from them.To start out, I found out that if the order has any "irregularity," they require a credit authorization form to be filled out and then faxed or emailed to them. I had to file the form because my billing address and shipping address are different, which is always the case and has never prompted another vendor to ask for such things as a scan of my credit card and driver's license. The form also requires you to resolve any dispute through them, and that packages received in any condition would not be returnable or refundable.My credit card was charged immediately, before I was able to file the form.After sending the form, the order was still listed on their site as pending, not accepted. After a few days, I chatted online with their customer service and was told that their "credit department" did not have the paper work. The rep was able to straighten it out for me, I did not have to resubmit the form... which means they did have it, but they had not noticed it or processed it. No reason was offered to explain why the order had stalled.Then the order was listed as accepted, but not shipped, with the billing address listed incorrectly. No reason was listed on the site. I called three times, and was assured that the order was in progress. I was given a tracking number, but while FedEx had the number in its system, it had been submitted more than a week earlier and there was no tracking information.After being told twice that the order would be shipped the next day, the tracking number started to show that the package was moving, and I received it a week later.I received my order five weeks after ordering, after four appeals to customer service. To their credit, their customer service reps were polite, but I should not have had to call once to nudge the order along, nor should I have had to submit the ridiculous form to begin with."
"I usually don't leave reviews but read others. This time I had a terible experience with Rhinomart, and this urged me to share it with others to save their time/money. I ordered 3 items on 22-Dec, two of the items were new year gifts. Before placing order I checked the stock availability talking to a representative (Tammy).They didn't ship anything following 10 days. After that point, I contacted several times and all of their representatives (Tammy, Mario, John) told me that my order was ready to ship and they were waiting for Fedex to pick it up !!Following 2 weeks they and I waited for Fedex to pick it up. They were telling me Fedex coulnd't pick it up for 2 weeks!!! Once, one of the rep told me the package was actually sent, but damaged therefore they are sending new one. But I asked the tracking number and checked that it was never shipped. Too many lies...I canceled my order after 30 days. They even asked me why I'm canceling my order :) They refunded my money after several days. If your time is valuable I don't recommend doing business with Rhinomart.best."
"DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM RHINOMART!!!! Horrible service, horrible customer service, cheap product and unethical business techniques. After dealing with them and their way of doing business, I am certain ANY positive reviews you read out there on RHINOMART are written by the staff/company/affili ates itself. After putting a couple larger orders, I found out that almost 25% of the items were out-of-stock after I paid for the product and shipping. Beware the shipping practices are awful. Even though I paid for shipping on over $1500 worth of items, it does not get refunded. Please note, their FREE SHIPPING promotions are not really free shipping, instead it is on the first 100 lbs (read the very fine print that goes with the promotions). If you are on their site for wholesale purposes, you will most likely order more than 100 lbs so you will end up paying shipping fees and high shipping fees at that. Don't forget when you get an email with all the out of stock items....you won't be receiving any of the initial shipping fees back. The company pockets the extra as profit. Good luck trying to get your money back to your credit card, it's been over 7 weeks and they still have over $1500 of my money. Instead they like to keep it in their own special "Credit Balance" account through Rhinomart so you spend it on more of their items (which will probably be out of stock). Just don't do it. Any deal you think you may be getting, IS NOT worth the headache you will be dealing with for months later with this company. STAY AWAY!!!"
"On 12/6/10 I placed an order with Rhinomart hoping to receive it in a timely manner. However, after waiting several days, I noticed my "shopping cart" had an item deleted due to being out of stock. In the meantime, my order had not been shipped. I cancelled the order, or so I thought. My account had been debited the day I placed the original order in the amount of $159 and some change. Since that time I have repeatedly contacted them and received one reply stating they would refund the money. They have not and since then have not replied to other requests. I have notified my bank and they are now involved. They too, seem to be having a lack of success in contacting Rhinomart."
"This is not a real wholesale company, but rather re-directs your order from actual wholesale companies, charges a fee and claims to be a "wholesaler". I have ordered from them twice, but will not again--I will just go to the wholesale companies directly. Rhino Mart sent the wrong merchandise for the first order and the second order was disastrous. Always read the fine print on their "specials" as there is a lot there you should know. Customer service is gruesome to deal with and most staff seem to have little grasp of the English language. Their "contract" seems to have been written by grammar school students ("If your items is returned"--I'm not kidding, a direct quote). I have received and written 14 emails in order to get my second order sent and I have not even received it yet. Beware."
