The status of my order only seemed to change when I emailed them, just like many other reviews here. My order was not shipped until almost a week later (though that was partly due to the fact that a correction was made to my order information). I received my order about a week later through airmail but realized that I ordered the wrong fliptop version. I emailed them twice, asking them if it were possible to return\/exchange it and received no reply though in other reviews, people have said that they were able to return their orders with no problems. I also asked where they ship from and his email reply he conveniently left out that they ship from Hawaii. The responses I got were 1 or 2 lines; which infuriated me. To his credit, when I told him that I had not received my items he did offer to re-send them via track-able method. <br><br><br><br>Conclusion: Shop at Mod-Chip.com it has an excellent record.<br>The time wasted and their incompetence is not worth the 4 bucks that I saved by shopping at Revolution-Sales.com<br>I do not recommend them.<br><br>Advice to Revolution-Sales.com: Advice your customers that you ship from Hawaii. Dump USPS its bad for your business.<br><br>*Update 2\/09\/07<br>Priority mail takes 2-3 days according to USPS<br>http:\/\/www.usps.com\/shipping\/prioritymail.htm<br>Which means the package was never given to USPS until approximately 5-6 days after I ordered. <br>The supposed delivery of the package to USPS on the 23rd is only a notification to USPS to expect a package NOT that it has been delivered to them.<br><br>If you feel like gambling with your money and time then by all means shop with them. Their rating alone is a red flag. Though i don\u0027t recall anything shipped priority mail taking more than a week in my experience with priority mail, i don\u0027t recall anything saying \u0027back ordered\u0027 or the such, this still was a long wait. Advice: If you\u0027re lucky, you\u0027ll get your stuff soon, if you\u0027re not, then it might take awhile... All depends on your karma i guess... Around August 3rd I began to send email...three in total but they didn\u0027t answer. I am still waiting for a response.<br><br>There is no phone number to contact if there is any problem so it is totally up to their whim whether they give you an service or not after they have received your money.<br><br>8\/15 I am still waiting for a reply about my delivery problem and get no response. However, my friend sent a question asking about a product that he wanted to buy and got a response in under two hours. I keep getting that message every day since i got the tracking number and it's been 5 days and i still haven't gotten my order. They said Priority Mail takes 3 days. And no phone number to contact them about the issue. Order was placed on the 27th so it's been a week and nothing. Very unhappy with your lack of service and USPS couldn't help me either. Will never order from this site again.
Lol i get an email from Nick @ Revolution-Sales asking to update my review since i got the order already. Haha. Yeah like i'm gonna leave postive feedback after an order took 11 days to be in my hands after placing the order. Get it through your head Nick and Revolution Sales you guys suck and if you want me and others to order you better open a warehouse in California or somewhere else because Hawaii is too far when an order takes almost 2 weeks after placing order."
