I am extremely satisfied with the customer service of Revzilla! I ordered a jacket yesterday and a pair of gloves today and I had some difficulty getting the free shipping on the gloves because they were a 39.99$ item and that's the minimum for the free shipping. I wrote an email to customer service reporting that I met the minimum and was unable to check out with free shipping and they responded within 24 hours, made appropriate corrections, and I was able to place my order without any problems today! The customer service is great and my order was shipped to me super-quick!

Wow! My first order with RevZilla, but not my last. I ordered an item mid day and it was delivered the next day. Now, in fairness, the item drop shipped from my state, but still the order processing and dispatch for shipment was FAST. VERY satisfied!

I would give RevZilla Motosports a five out of five stars. Their web site is informative and easy to navigate. The purchase experience was slick and easy. I especially appreciate the quick turn around time from the time that I made my purchase from the time that it was shipped. I don't think that 24 hours even elapsed! Well done, keep up the good work.

Ordered 2 tires on late Monday afternoon and they were shipped the next morning. I received them 2 days later and had one mounted the next day and the other a week later. I am very satisfied with their prompt service and the tires are excellent on my Roadstar. They also had the BEST price I could find. My rating is 10/10

Ordered two items from them one I wanted to cancel the order they would not let me, this was over the holiday weekend, I knew he was lying about the warehouse and it took over 7 days to ship 10 days to ship another 7 days to deliver. 17 days. Which they could have canceled the order and retained a customer. Not recommended....

Stellar customer support! I ordered a Rev'it Infinity riding suit to replace some older riding gear. The guys at RevZilla were extremely helpful in selecting the suit and their knowledge of the product was beyond reproach. Since this is an European built suit, the sizing can be different. They explained that my satisfaction was of utmost importance and if the suit did not fit to return it and get a different size no questions asked. Well, the suit size we selected was a bit samll. I contacted them and they were more than happy to send out the larger size. Since I wanted to get a good all day test ride in before going back to work, I requested that the expedite the shipping. they did and I was able to determine the new size was perfect. All I can say is... great people, service and product.

On a so far fruitless search for pants that fit well, I found the RevIt Zip pants in a variety of sizes from RevZilla. I needed the pants QUICK as I was going to Americade. The shipment was FAST! I had ordered on the Sunday before Memorial Day, they were shipped out UPS ground Tuesday as promised and ARRIVED same day! And shipping was free. Apparently they have several warehouses across the country to ship from. I was VERY HAPPY with Customer Service as well, when I called to inquire about getting these pants fast.
