Excellant service and extremely fast. I placed an order friday afternoon had my package by Mondayy afternooon.

I can't say enough good things about this company. First, the prices were the best I'd found, after extensive research. The products were delivered quickly. I ordered Scala Rider Q2 Headsets by Cardo, and it took us a while to figure out that they just didn't work well with our brand of GPS (Garmin 550 Zumo) and that it appeared to be more the fault of the headsets' limitations rather than the GPS. I had to call tech support for both manufacturers, try the things they suggested. By the time we figured out they just weren't ever going to be loud enough for freeway speeds on a motorcycle (and other issues) it was well past the time that most dealers would have been willing to accept returns. RevZilla not only accepted the return, but sent us a free shipping label to use for the return. And no re-stocking fee. And very pleasant customer service people too! Will definitely buy from them again, and soon!

Excellent transation. Fair prices, a good selection and blindly fast service...had the first part of my order in two days, the second part two days after that. I look forward to shopping at RevZilla again in the future!  
 

I called on a Tuesday and asked if I ordered my racing jacket today would I have it by Friday? The associate said not a problem, he made arrangements to have it shipped out of Illinois that night and had it here by Thursday. The customer service was exceptional and the price was phenominal. They had the best price. After I got the jacket it exceded my expectations. The jacket is awesome, I love it. I e-mailed Nick Auger a couple times comfirming the shipping, he was awesome. THANKS everybody!!!
