I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. Rev'It Sirocco jacket fits as per size chart.
2XL for a 6 feet 200lbs man.
A++ for sales staff , they were very helpfull, responded quickly to e-mails.
Canadian duty for jacket and Knox back protector was 45$ca.

I ordered the Sidi Streetburner boots late in the evening on monday and they arrived thursday afternoon. So shipping time was very good and I was pleased. Also with the bonus cash I had earned applied to the order and free shipping, I got these for $20.00 cheaper than I could get them anywhere else on the net or locally. The boots are awesome and I really like them. Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience.

the helmet i received was too snug so a return was necessary. Revzilla's representatives were very helpful, friendly & considerate. not only did they facilitate the helmet's return, but they were more than happy to assist with recommendations for a better fitting helmet & taking the order information while on the line with me. that resulted in quicker arrival of my new helmet, even prior to their receiving my bad fitting one being received by them. better service i've never had. they get an A+ from me.

Thank you for shipping my order to me so efficiently. I have never bought anything online before - except airfares - so I was a bit nervous. My order arrive in only 1 week - from America - Hobart Tasmania - pretty bloody good!!!! Top notch. CHeer Michaela

I've ordered over $1000 in stuff from them, and they always are great to deal with. A lot of it I've had to return to get the correct size, or because I just didn't like it, and they've always been completely no-hassles about it. I love the teamzilla cash program too, it makes their prices much better than the competition on repeat orders.
Highly recommended!

Revzilla did a great job of setting shipping expectations and fulfilling my order in a timely fashion. The gear arrived as described and fit perfectly thanks to their size chart.
The videos that Revzilla have really sealed the deal for me. Being able to see the jacket described in detail really sold me on it. Having a video available on how to measure for the jacket and pants made me feel confident that I was sizing everything correctly.
I definitely will be back!

The company is great! Odered and recieved in time frame promised. Packaging was PERFECT. I would highly recommend using RevZilla.com and I plan to use them again. The helmet is just what I needed. Great fit, Great Quality and I got exactly what I paid for!
